KC said, "There's that chance that I might see Caylee again."
Of course she is petrified, because if KC sees Caylee again, she will be arrested for murder because they found her body.
totally agree

I know what you're referring to, and think it's odd too to presume what a judge will do.I agree too but everything I've seen from other lawyers has the magic number of 3 years it's odd.
Did you hear Cindy?
She told a protester that was accusing her of knowing that Casey killed caylee
"When Caylee comes home you will go to hell"
I wouldn't doubt that ~ like maybe 100+ emails a day to have to delete sure would be harassment, imo!I bet Casey harassed her online as well.
Allen: So wait a minute. So, you're more afraid of your mom's reaction then you are if you ever see your daughter?
Casey: No I'm absolutely petrified. Absolutely petrified. I know my mom will never forgive me. I'm never gonna forgive myself because there's that chance that I might not see Caylee again and I don't want to think about that.
Now...to me...she is saying she is PETRIFIED of her mother's reaction. The rest is an afterthought.
Here comes Nancy with the incredibly dumb question of the day. Nancy wants to know why today's check cashing arrest doesn't revoke Casey's freedom.
I'm not even gonna provide the correct answer. Nancy the former prosecutor should know herself.
Don't worry....there is so much that they have not released; so much evidence that we do not know about yet. They will get her and she will be serving much more than that.
Remember they are playing chess and they will win. Casey's days are very numbered.
Do you know the difference between "bounced checks" and fraud, forgery, and theft? I bet you do.
Casey had the right to say she was scared of going to her parents' home.If she was really scared of good ole mom she would have kept her butt in jail rather than go home.
Different states have different bond requirements. My state has the same as Florida, but some surrounding states have ANY arrest revokes the bond.
I think that's what she's saying but was she really petrified of her mother's reaction? She didn't seem petrified when she started arguing with her mother while on the phone at jail. Some things are looking a little unethical, imo.
