I think that LA was told by KC sometime early on. I think he was trying to find the body from what KC told him but couldn't find it before Faye hit. I think while the body was in the swampy water it either arose from a shallow grave or was on top of the soil already.

I believe the wind and the rain from the TS moved that bag around a little away from where it originally was.

I think LA told the PI's to get out there and make sure that body was never found and they went out but couldn't find it because it had been moved by the storm.

I think they were going to take the video to get better directions.

How the MR fits into all of this is a big mystery. I don't think he was told by anyone involved with defense because the last thing, IMO, they'd ever want is for that body to be found. :cow:

I agree the with part I bolded. No way did they want the body found.

In what other case has the family become angry because TM wants to help bring their loved one home (dead or alive)???? Or refused to provide dogs with something with the victim's scent?

As for the 2nd autopsy already being done FIVE DAYS AGO!!! I have said a couple of times that the A's are stalling because LE is waiting to charge them all until after the funeral. WELL NOW I SAY DON'T WAIT - CHARGE THEM FIRST THING IN THE AM! MAYBE RICK CAN COME DOWN AND HIM AND THE GREAT GRANDS CAN HANDLE THE FUNERAL - WHY SHOULD ANY OF THEM (THE A'S) GET TO ATTEND THIS CHILD'S FUNERAL NOW?

Didnt Lee live right around the corner from his mom and dad? Seems to me they would have the same meter reader if they lived close- the development of houses here are similiar to where the Anthonys are and the same meter reader is seen reading the meters

Unable to call my friend the funeral director at this moment...does anyone know...can an autopsy be done at a funeral home?????didn't JB ask the ME to let them use her facility and she said NO!!! So how was this done without causing people to realize the body was being moved,etc....well I guess if a hearse was used no one would know...but back to my question...is it legal to do an autopsy at a funeral home? Anyone know???:bang:

I don't see how one does an autopsy on bones. IMHO.

I hear from a lot of readers who fret that the Anthony family would be compensated if someone decided to make a Caylee Anthony movie.
Dear readers, I don't think you need to worry.
Any filmmaker could simply use the public record to tell the story. There are thousands of reports. There's no need to pay the Anthony family.
In our cost-cutting culture, no filmmaker would want to shell out extra expenses. And paying the Anthonys would taint the project.

Yes, I heard that also. But it seems ironic that he thinks that Lee did know about the resting place and is part of the "daisy chain". Does he really believe that Lee wouldn't share that knowledge with George and Cindy? hmmmmm....

NBC believes it can show the details of the affair that Ms. Fisher says she had with Joey Buttafuoco, the husband of the victim in the case, Mary Joe Buttafuoco. Mr. Buttafuoco has denied any affair took place.
CBS paid rights fees to both of the Buttafuoccos, so its movie will tell mostly the story of the shooting and its effect on their family.
ABC is basing its movie entirely on official records and newspaper accounts

Another thought about DC ..... JB could have been told at some time by KC the truth, in KC's form.

JB hires DC. DC is in JB's office during the time KC is there or he isn't.

JB now knows he cannot divulge privileged info given by his client KC.

JB in his haste to get to the court to file "motions", leaves a folder/paper on the conference table outlining KC's discussions/confession.

DC finds the paper, somehow figures out what game JB is playing and on his own starts the furry of phone calls on Nov 15.

JB is grinning ear-to-ear because DC doesn't realize JB set him up to find Caylee so the nanny can be blamed.

IMO and I think:

DC knew the approximate area. DC calls JH and they go out there 11/15 and 11/16. JH videos (hence the 10 minute tape). They (DC & JH) don't find her then. Now LP said he only saw about a minute and a half of the tape. It has been said that the bag was kinda wrapped around and underneath a big palmetto (sawgrass) bush. If that is the case then DC or JH probably didn't see it BUT THAT BUSH IS ON THE TAPE!

DC (and possibly JH) tell GA and CA and LA that they went out there but didn't find anything.

JH goes on about his business. 12/11 rolls around and bing bang pow - she's found. Now JH thinks hhhmmmmmm - I could make some $$$$ on this. DC is shaking because he knows he was out there several times but hopes he can't be connected to any of it. JH follows the excavation and realizes he has the EXACT SPOT on this tape. LP comes back into town and JH calls him and shows him a little of the tape (but not the exact spot). JH did this in order to be ruled out - sure he went out there in Nov. but didn't find her.

As for the MR and the connection. I do believe that there might be a connection - like LP said tonight I think LE has already polygraphed the MR and they know "the connection" - which could be why LA lawyered up so quick and why all the attys are on TV talking about immunity. Maybe GA and CA did know - maybe DC did find her when he went back there without JH. Maybe LA was supposed to go move Caylee while GA and CA were in California and MR overheard something and beat LA to the punch.:clap::clap:

IMO EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE CHARGED AND SPEND THE REST OF THEIR MISERABLE SCUMMY LIVES BEHIND BARS!!!!:behindbar:behindbar:behindbar

I do believe LP....he has been leaking truths for some time, just a little at a time. I'll go 1 step further. Hypothetical: There were alot of rumblings about that area going back to August. KC's friend, GSJ, tips to Police, on & on. PI's make it their business to know anything & everything, pertaining to the case. What if DC had knowledge thru JB when he worked for him & now people were getting close. Maybe thru LA or someone else, DC is now instructed to go out to the scene, not with idea of finding & exposing the body. but with the idea of finding & burying the body in a different place. Of course they can say they were there to prove the opposite, but I sense something more sinister was at hand & they were out there to perform a coverup,& bury her where she would never have been found. I also believe Kronk got wind of information & didn't just pick this area to look in. LP is too confident this time & his Daisy Chain theory is playing out. I do believe the A's knew alot about alot of this!

They can make one without cooperation or permission, as long as they stick to facts etc.... but the really profitable vehicles are the ones with an inside party. There was one that is escaping me right now that all three networks did their own version. I want to say Alyssa Milano was in one and Shannon Doherty in another. It will come to me.

How many movies of that Buttafucco (sp) dude, Long Island Lolita. Not a whole lot of fact checking in those flicks. Both movies were completely different, I guess it depends on which side was to be believed.

Could be a part of the kidnap theory, that Caylee was supposed to be found with the duct tape and being dumped so close -- that KC was being framed?

Too clever. More likely KC was lazy and freaked and dumped in her 'neutral spot'.

(Bold mine.) This is what I think. I believe it was Dr Perper who said (more than once) on NG that he is of the opinion that the duct tape was placed over her mouth before death. That just sickens me.

I think Caylee's body which probably has Anthony carpet fiber on the trash bag and tape (which would explain why LE took all the vacuum cleaners) is going to help incriminate Casey not the non-existant nanny.

Casey's pings show SHE was in the Anthony home on June 16...Caylee's last day on earth.

I think when this case goes to trial the defense will concentrate more on disproving the science and showing LE was inept than in building up Casey's ridiculous nanny lie.
