That hand analogy is annoying me now...come to think of it, everything they say is annoying me now :)

George is an odd dude.

I just had to post this. But I think It might need a Thread of its own..

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=140757311

It talks about KC body language:
* Casey looks down consistently while she speaks -- the only time she truly looks directly in the camera is when her mother tells her to, so she can see her eyes.

* When George casually says "Hi gorgeous," to Casey, Cindy immediately puts her head on her husband's shoulder. This, says Dr. Glass, "indicates the family dysfunction. As soon as the father compliments the daughter, Cindy becomes jealous." I noticed this also.

* When Cindy asks her if "Zanni acted alone," Casey pauses and raises her eyebrow, which indicates she is trying to fabricate a possible lie.

Okay, while reading the transcript it talks about Casey saying "Zanny had a pink floral car seat for Caylee". That picture with the detective holding a pink piece of fabric at the scene of the body. Could that be the car seat cover? Could Casey have mentioned it because she knew when the body would be found it would have that car seat cover. I'm going to go look for Car seats lol....

Please Find that Pic I would like to see it.

Okay post 73 Reannan posted some pics and a close up.

So could the pink thing that everyone was guessing to be a bag be the pink car seat (cover) that Casey refers to in her conversation. (Not implying Nanny, but clearly if that turns out to be "the" book at the scene and Casey referred to it, then possibly this is why she mentions it in a feeble attempt to claim "zanny")

Also in looking at the pic, it does seem that lets say it was a car seat, and I could be so crazy, wouldn't that be the right height? But then again why wouldn't this be mentioned by the Meter Reader. I think it's either the whole car seat or just the cover that was found.

  • #227
Who know when you mention that maybe that was what was under the Big White Cover they pulled out of the woods. The Wrapped the Car Seat.

Might I suggest something ... that I just thought of tonight?

Isn't Cindy the only one who can 'hear' KC on the 'phone'? George wouldn't be able to 'hear' KC ... would he? As the voice only comes through the phone ... no?

Hadn't thought of that. I don't know how jailhouse convos work!

Or is that what causes the echo, they are broadcasting her voice. :p

I really believe They found out Caylee was gone the nite they had the big fight and Cindy's hands went around Casey's neck.

How do you explain that when Caylee was video recorded alive and well that day?

  • #230
Wasn't the fight after the video, after they got back from the great grandparents? Of course with all this family disfunction there were probably "nightly" fights.

I don't know about the ring, but I keep wondering if they found Casey's sunglasses at the site on Suburban. If so, then that could explain why she bought those big hideous white sunglasses and wore them when she was escorted to and from jail. I'm thinking she knew she lost her sunglasses when she disposed of Caylee, so she carefully wore those huge white sunglasses as a precaution--a way of saying, "I didn't lose my sunglasses--I'm wearing my sunglasses and you're going to remember seeing them on me because they're huge and white and ugly."

I know that sounds farfetched, but those white sunglasses weren't at all in her normal "style" and they were the opposite of the attractive sunglasses she wore in other pictures. As I said, it sounds farfetched. LOL

Happy New Year everyone!

I agree!

I love your dog!!

Respectfully Snipped

And here's further proof that Dr. Glass was right: Cindy makes that same move only one other time, and it's when George begins his conversation with Casey by saying "I love you." It blew me away when I saw her do it again. Moreover, in order to snuggle up with George, Cindy had to lean way back in her chair in a thoroughly awkward position both times.

I'd seen Dr. Glass's interpretation of Cindy's move and so when I saw Cindy do it the second time for the same obvious reason, it made me feel sick. Seriously.

Ridiculous! If Cindy were all that jealous, she would have been turning away from George and glaring at him, not snuggling on his shoulder. Many parents do things like this, it is an indication of the love they both have for their child, it is a shared emotional bond between them.
Would this doctor say the same thing if he saw the parents of a dead child leaning on each other at the funeral service? Of course not. Parents tend to show love to each other when their child is in some kind of crisis. It means the exact opposite of what Dr. Glass implies.

I have too Aprilshowers. I've called them that boy, that girl. I've even called them that child when talking about their latest antics. I use it as a term of endearment. As in "that child" he'll drive me to drink, I'll swear and then giggle because he's so absolutely lovable.

Yes, it is not unusual in my family or my circle of friends to call our kids, "that child", "that boy", or "that girl." Even "that baby" regardless of their age. There is nothing wrong with it at all.
I sometimes think that people are making too much of words and phrases... trying to find anything to discredit the Anthonys. So much has been made of them using the word "absolutely." Listen to the news sometime, or various t.v. shows. Count how many times people use that word. I hear it every day, no matter if I am at home or out and about.
And then think about what you would do or say if every word you uttered, every move you made was dissected and analyzed on a daily basis. It is no wonder why Cindy hates the media and reacts the way she does. I would have been tearing my hair out by the roots long before now!

  • #234
Cindy hates the media because they won't go along with her bs. She would love nothing better than to be in front of a camera 24/7 if they would only let her spin.....

ITA, should we start calling her "Spindy"???

OH, Yeah criminal defense attorney Jose Baez just rolls off 3 inmates tongues....in the county holding cell, no less...LOL

Wanna bet he sought her out??

Exactly what I was thinking ..

Should be funny when that comes out next .. :D

Casey wasn't looking at the camera b/c she was looking at the screen her parents were on.

I thought this part was funny, Casey can't even remember her own lies

"CINDY ANTHONY: Who else did she ever nanny for before, besides Jeff, that you`re aware of?

CASEY ANTHONY: No one that I know of. He`s the only person that I knew of.

CINDY ANTHONY: OK.

CASEY ANTHONY: I know she`d watched her nephews and her niece. Outside of that, I don`t know if there was anyone else.

CINDY ANTHONY: OK. And she definitely watched Annabelle (ph).

CASEY ANTHONY: Definitely watched Annabelle on several occasions."

She forgets she told her mom about Tampa and Annabelle, and Cindy forgets that this was all a lie

What I thought was weird was when GA started talking about the finger thing and said the only thing missing to complete the finger was KC and Caylee, and then KC says " I'm still here". Did anyone else notice that?

  • #239
It was jarring for me to see so much of the tapes all together, not in little shocking edited sound bites.

I watched Cindy closely and I'm thinking now that she doesn't believe Casey. She knows Casey is lying. She is being sweet as pie to keep Casey calm to try to beg information out of her, hoping against hope that Caylee is still alive.

Look at the way she asks Casey to look up into her eyes. (My Mom used that trick on me when I was a teen, to see if I was lying). She's comforting her crying daughter by telling her it's ok to cry. Casey is still her daughter no matter how screwed up she is, and Cindy loves her very much. But the scene that got me was the whole drum kit/apartment interchange. Cindy wants to see if Casey will lie to her about it, and she wants to see if "Zanni" is a real person or is just a made-up name that Casey uses when Caylee is drugged and locked up somewhere.

She realized Casey is a sociopath and was trying her best to continue with a normal family life, thinking about trying to get custody of Caylee, not realizing how desperate the situation was and how close they all were to tragedy.

Yes, I believe she lied up a storm to protect her daughter. But you know what, I would do the same thing to protect someone I loved. They hoped Caylee was still alive and searched and fought for Caylee while trying to protect Casey. I don't agree with a lot of the things she has done. But that's a mother's broken heart we're seeing there. I can't imagine worse pain, than to know that a) your daughter is a murdering sociopath and b) that daughter murdered your precious grandchild and threw her in the woods like a bag of garbage.

Cindy wasn't a perfect mother.
I don't know of any perfect mothers, and certainly not when every word they say and every move they make is disected by angry strangers.

Just some random thoughts. I'm sure quite a few of you will leap down my throat for saying this. But I believe Cindy and George are human, and they are grieving, and my heart goes out to both of them.

IMHO

IIRC, didn't KC know Baez's daughter Christina??? I think she was a friend on KC's facebook. I could be wrong, but that's what I think I remember reading somewhere. Afterall, we all know she had 30 days to shop around for an attorney. :furious:

KCisms that make me sick::puke:

"Absolutely"
"to the best of my ability"
"misconstrued"
"me me me me me me me" ....she always has to turn the conversation back to herself.....showering, flat tire, yada yada yada. It's all about her....KC KC KC.:furious:

neutral ..
