NG saying she's spoken with some of EB's relatives and they want to know why AB isn't in jail; why hasn't he searched, etc.

Natisha Lance: LE has said he's available when they need to talk to him; now has attorney. Appeared early on on tv. LE won't say he's cooperating just that he's available when they need him.

Jean C: AB moved possessions out of the house this weekend including Zahra's clothes, games.

Marc Klaas: LE won't solve the case through anything EB tells them or writes in letters; will be solved by dogged police work. Bio-parents are half-hearted at best, follow the example of Beth Holloway, or Amber DuBois' mother. Can't sit around, snivel, and not be proactive.

MarkK: the mother in AU and father here are lackadaisical at best; u can't sniffle and look downward; need to be proactive, not just cooperative; not seeing that in this case, not at all.

Australian reporter is saying he spoke with ED for 3-4 hours, seemed sincere, emotional. Says she did look for Zahra, every time she'd catch up, AB would move again.

NG critical of ED not doing enough and now Zahra is dead.

On the JVM show ED was heavily criticized as well. While there are always recriminations "could have/should have", hindsight is 20/20 and I don't agree with the media targetting her. There are valid questions about her inaction but the bottom-line is that Zahra was in the care and custody of AB ... and AB has a history of moving around a LOT even in the U.S.

And re: reasonable doubt--two weeks of not reporting a sick child kicks that ball right out the playground, IMO.

Caller: asking about EB claiming to find Zahra dead, has she said where she died? Jean C saying LE removed mattress; suspects she died in bed.

NG asking Dr. Glenn Kolansky what illness Zahra could've died from in two weeks. Believes it is a bogus story; however he doesn't believe Zahra was even taken to a doctor for follow up on cancer; thinks "virus" is a lie.

NG why would EB be afraid to call 911 if Zahra died of illness? Paula Bloom (psychologist) speculating CPS had been called before; EB goes into defensive mode; became scared, but didn't act rationally.

So don't even try to say you were afraid to take her to the Doctors given Zahra's past medical history.If I was a member of a jury panel and that was thrown out at me.....well

Yes ... exactly! It is one thing for a child to have an illness and the parent didn't realize it was serious but ... when you have a child with a history of serious illness and -- you do not act and act quickly ...

... at best you are placing the child in jeopardy and at worst you effectively sentenced that child to death.

I think Zahra's medical history makes it even more risky to state she was ill with no proof of doing anything ... nothing!

NG talking now about the bone LE found. Why would a bone be found in one place, the prosthesis in another, dogs hitting on both cars, etc? Jean C saying EB went with LE to area near where prosthesis was found.

-found entire bone intact and called that finding a key piece of evidence
-pros leg found in another place
-EB told LE places (plural) they can find her body

Agree totally.....

just my two cents worth for today.....

I do think zahra may have been sick....and if she got a virus (or septicaema as alot of us suspect) she may have gone down fast due to a weakened immune system.....she may have even got cancer again, which sad to say is very highly likely....

HOWEVER.......they should have had this child at the doctors constantly.....getting her checked out all the time for any sign of it returning...especially if she was sick........

On the theories thread alot said that she was probably sick but they didnt take her to docs or hospital because of bruises etc from abuse.....or sores maybe .....I think this is very close to the truth and they were scared they'd be arrested....

now look at the trouble they are in...they should have bit the bullet and dad especially should have taken a sick little girl with a history of cancer straight to a doctor.......TOTAL NEGLECT...sorry for shouting....

I also think the bio mum should not be bashed as she did not contribute to her death....however I do not think she looked as hard as she is saying...in fact I know for a fact she didnt as if she googled zahras name, she could have found her nearly 3 years ago.....

she is not to blame for her death though and it is time to leave her alone....

IMO, it looks as if they or AB, dismembered her. No way, IMO, that she had a virus and/or recurrence of cancer and Daddy dismembers his own child so he and/or wife won't get in trouble. No way in hell he's only involved in the disposal of the body. Will never believe it.

I'm not one who follows NG very closely (although, I have seen the show a few times)...does she always get info this screwed up? I've followed this case VERY closely from the very begining, and it just seems to me like she really doesn't have 1/2 a clue.

Is it just me?
