KOLD receives two messages regarding Nancy Guthre

KOLD received the first ransom note at approximately 5 p.m. Monday, news director Jessica Bobula told NewsNation. The station sent it directly to investigators and did not report on it until authorities issued a joint statement with the FBI acknowledging they were aware of ransom note reports.

The second message arrived at 11:45 a.m. Friday, also through the station’s tip submission system. Unlike the first communication, this message made no new demands and provided no proof of life that the Guthrie family has desperately sought, Bobula said.

”A what we know so far…” link from newsnation. I find it gives good summaries and also links to the original reports etc.

It is one of two things, the ransom note is part of this, maybe the person being most talked about on here got desperate and thought "they" could pull this off. Got some buddies to really kidnap her and thought they would get this ransom paid and it didn't go how they thought it would, maybe thought quick money, she couldn't identify them, take her back home.

If it isn't that then it had to be something went bad that night at AG home and the ransom note is to buy more time hoping evidence degrades, etc. My gut says it isn't some terrorist or anyone jealous of her career (SGs) or mad about some political stuff. My gut says we don't see the SIL at all and any person who is married and known the family that long would be appearing even briefly to support his wife and her family. I mean honestly how can anyone not be thinking it at this point.
