I actually interpret Megyn's transcript as AG's neighbors. I think AG's neighbors would have more insight into their character than Nancy's. The phone thing is weird, though. Unless there's a solid connection between the two locations, the intruder wouldn't have dropped a phone in AG's neighnorhood. It's all so confusing.
It is strange, unless Megyn confused her words, it sounds like they really do want to know if Nancy's neighbours have anything they want to share about AG and SIL. Its likely they would have been at Nancy's home alot, maybe they observed something, heard something, suspected something - maybe not even directly related to Nancy's disappearance, just in general

This is what confuses me and what the Sheriff has just said - its contradictory. Either they are taking a long time to rule out all the family, or they are having trouble ruling out all the family

Are we 100% sure NG’s phone was found at her home?
Definitely reported by LE early on that NG"s phone was found at her home.

NBC reported it yesterday. Gloves found at Guthrie residence, sheriff’s department says

This case is under such constant public and media scrutiny that even MSM is jumping the gun and reporting incorrect info, IMO.

Gloves found at Guthrie residence, sheriff’s department says

Gloves found at Guthrie's house are being sent out for testing, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said in a statement this afternoon.

The department said "several items of evidence" were found, but provided no details beyond the gloves.

Pictures and videos released earlier this week by the FBI that include a possible subject in Guthrie's kidnapping show a person wearing black gloves, as well as a mask and a backpack. The person was also carrying a gun on their body.

Law enforcement is following up on all viable community leads. The sheriff's department said the community should expect increased law enforcement going forward.

CORRECTION (Feb. 123 2026, 8:56 a.m. ET): A previous version of this blog post incorrectly stated that investigators recovered several items of evidence at the residence, including gloves. It is not immediately clear where the evidence was found.

Unless maybe a strange phone pinged a cell tower near NG and they are trying to figure out if AG/SIL have a burner phone. IMO it appears they don't have much else and are reverting back to the "usual suspects" so to speak (last known to see her & immediate family) even if there isn't anything else to tie them to it. And I wouldn't be surprised if the info that doesn't align with it being them, they just keep investigating to figure out why it should align (vs clearing them and focusing elsewhere) JMO

You should call in the tip?
It may be worth sending in that tip plus the searches for her address (meaning the actual street address written out with zip, etc.) that occurred in January, as well. I would assume/hope LE would be doing similar searches on that type of clue anyway, but who knows. I'm also not sure what other info they can gather from such data without specific access rights or something

Playing devils advocate, unless porch blood was planted later.

Sure it could have been planted, but it isn't likely that it was. Reason it is unlikely is because the Sheriff called in homicide pretty quickly, indicating evidence inside the home suggested that an obvious and substantial violent act took place. Only thing I can think of is blood in that case, because even a missing elderly person, a door being ajar or forced open, a home ransacked, fluids that weren't blood being on the bed or elsewhere, a family in utter shock and panic, or even spattered blood on the sidewalk, wouldn't suggest a violent home invasion and potential murder that quickly.

JMO.

I'm in the UK so I'll message them somehow. I work in analytics, so I expect they would've immediately run through the digital forensics, considering the physical forensics are lacking in this case, but I'll try and notify them anyway.

Edit: it's been reported to the FBI via their website. They have my full name and contact details; hopefully that lends a small amount of credence to my message

I don't think we can be 100% sure of anything in this case. Sheriff has said things he's had to walk back. Media has said things that have required a correction or been found not to be the case by other sources. Information that is disclosed seems to leave out any details that might clarify things. The only things I'm 100% sure about are that NG is missing and this is beyond a nightmare for her family.

I'm sure LE has SO much info on the family at this point. The "dinner" that night, driving Nancy back, ring type videos that could possibly corroborate those facts, text messages, etc.
I did think SIL was a suspect early on but moved away from that.
But, it still odd how things keep coming back to SIL/AG's home, questioning neighbors, etc.
I don't think it's been said that LE is doing the same for NG's close friends/neighbors (homes she may have been at often, perhaps more often than AG's), etc.

LE isn't revealing much about NG's blood that was found in her home. Likely an important reason that we aren't privy to. MOO
Perhaps it showed signs of being planted there or was somehow coagulated or diluted?

I'm not sure how reliable or relevant this is, but a quick search of the term "Can you trace bitcoin" on Google Trends shows that there was a hit, in Arizona, on the 20th January. Over the last 30 days there were hits for the same search term in only 6 of the 50 states in the USA. The only search that appeared prior to NG's disappearance? The one in Arizona.

Apologies of this has been posted previously, or can be easily debunked, I just thought it was interesting.
That is a great find. Please report it in (though they are flooded with reports atm). If you hear nothing back try again after a few days.

This is why we are right to remain suspicious of AG and SIL

I agree and I think that's the main takeaway. Everyone keeps saying there's no evidence pointing to family, but we don't know that. The FBI and SO aren't sharing everything they have. Do I think they're guilty? Unlikely. Do I think SIL was the guy in the video? No. But who knows. One possibility is that LE gave the family the benefit of the doubt early on, as often happens when people are white and well connected, and maybe evidence and information has come in that is causing them to rethink their approach? Again, doesn't mean they're guilty, but it might explain why we're seeing continued activity at AG's house. JMO.

Hello - out of courtesy to fellow sleuths, if you're posting content from a platform that requires membership, would you please provide a summary?
Content posted from sites with paywalls or account requirements cannot be viewed and it is very frustrating, especially when the poster says the content is urgent or important.
Thank you! :)
