It’s in the same general area as NG. I am also in the area. I know you’ve mentioned a crime map. Crime is low in our area. Tucson is a weird place with crime pockets that are a few miles from expensive areas. But this neighborhood is low crime.

Yeah when I looked at the map I figured it was somebody who lived a mile or two south across that main road.

I’m shocked the possible perps were located north. Nice homes. Can’t even trust wealthy neighbors. Sad.

I went on Google maps and I think the correct house has this...white van...parked in the driveway.

Some have speculated that the house where the warrant was served at COULD BE POSSIBLY owned by a person who brings charges at the state level for crimes against the elderly. I am being vague, but hopefully you can put the clues together.

No! This has been refuted!

Pima county sheriff has already said that is NOT the home involved. Their statement has been shared here 5+ times on the last few pages

So much for setting up a perimeter when they allow drones.

Fox News live (on the TV) reported that 12 unmarked law enforcement vehicles are there

Wonder who those belong to

Swat teams served a warrant at a house in the rain. 1 man and 1 woman detained. While the house situation was developing with SWAT, a white van was stopped and one male detained.

Lots of LE and FBI are at the house. Forensics are there as well. House location was 1.9 miles from Nancys.

BE had the scoop for the first bit. No other big MSM knew it was happening til 30-45min into his.

No word on how this is all related but we are told it is related to Nancy.

Nope. I'd think a woman at NG's age, with life saving heart meds she hasn't taken (presumably) for 13 days would require immediate medical - think EMT - support to ensure she made it to a hospital. There are likely strict protocols that would require transport by an ambulance, IMO.
They would have airlifted her out of there.

TUCSON, Ariz. - Fox News is reporting that at least three people have been detained on Feb. 13 in connection with the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, citing an otherwise unnamed local law enforcement source.

Big picture view:
"The source says after receiving a tip, authorities detained two males, plus one of their moms. The source said a warrant had been served," read a portion of the Fox News article. "The source cautioned that during a warrant execution 'technically everyone is detained.'"

What's next:
Fox News is reporting that according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, a written statement will be released.

A Pima County sheriff’s deputy maintains a roadblock as a suspected raid on East Placita de Michael and North Placita de Rojelio regarding the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of U.S. journalist and television host Savannah Guthrie, takes place in the Catalina Foothills outside Tucson on Feb. 13, 2026

It's crazy how the APS card being left in the door seemed random and innocuous days ago, but that is one hell of a coincidence given the homeowner's purported occupation.

Massive presence by SWAT, LE at a home about 1.9 miles from Nancy's house. 3 or 2 people (diff reports) including a woman, taken out and detained. Things in the air now, waiting for press statement (not a PC)....FBI arrived there in the last 1/2 hour. Search Warrant for the house. Also traffic stop for a white van. We don't know who the driver was.

thank you—was just going to say that—people are gossiping vs giving facts…and that photo w.white van is THREE YRS OLD. Implying that is van at traffic stop is not credible at this time.

Please see previous 15+ posts regarding Pima County Sheriff’s Office explicitly stating that is not the correct address.
