I don't think fraud would be the description. She expressed belief in her source's info. I don't think she was intended to deceive anyone, but get the scoop on info she trusted (whether it should be trusted or not will be determined eventually).

I'm sorry, you don't just get a pass if you are her and you come out with this info and it ends up being completely wrong. Journalistic integrity and accountability have to mean something. No one else has come out with similar info, why is that?

Very good news.

Makes me think LE have someone in mind ?
Just a way to help in their investigation !
Imo.
Police have said they will give an update on Thursday. I wonder if they are wrapping things up

did they really tow her sister's vehicle?

We have not had more organizations pick this up, and it should be possible to verify that their car is impounded. I would think, for a journalist, this would be easy to verify. Journalists have been posted outside their home since hour 1 of this story, there should be images of their car, the tow truck etc... Where are they?

Maybe its true, where is the evidence?

Our lids are ground level because we have risers that raise them from the tank top to ground level for easy access for pumping the tank. I've seen others in the neighborhood (current new construction) that appear not to have risers so when they bring in lawn or landscaping, they will likely be buried and have to be dug up when the tanks are pumped very 3-7 years. (We had that setup at a previous vacation home.)
Thanks : )

I assure you you would be able to see a body floating in her pool. I've seen the aerial images, it's a typical Arizona pool, you can see to the bottom.
yeah, if there was a body in that pool, we would know about it

Do you think it’s possible they cleared the house so quickly to see who would return?
Oh I like this - why do you think someone may want to return?

Just playing devils advocate- what if it turns out that AB is correct on all of this? Does that change anyone's perspective on this?

Clean up something they hope was missed, grab something they forgot, see what LE took

ETA. Grieve what they did

Decided to take a look at crypto kidnappings. Sharing this article mainly for the GitHub link contained within that has an extensive database of crypto related crimes- including kidnapping/ransoms. From what I see though, somehow it’s known the victims or family of victims have large amounts of crypto.

I’m kind of surprised to see them back out searching behind the house etc. Makes me believe that they still haven’t found any evidence to prove she left the immediate vicinity. Back to square one imo. Still surprises me that they released the house back to the family so quickly. All moo

Could the suspect think that they missed something and go back to clean it up? This doesn't seem likely to me.

Or maybe LE cleared the scene because they thought they'd gotten everything from it that they could.

Totally possible. But offenders have returned before. I think it’s a higher likelihood if it was someone close

Maybe she was attacked by like one or more Bobcats at her front entryway while opening the front door to get inside. This could explain some blood at entry way inside and outside home plus the smashing of front door cameras. She could have left the apple watch charging when she went to dinner which is why she was not wearing it. The son in law dropped her off after the dinner event 1/31/26 and perhaps he did not walk her inside the home and make sure all was sa fe and secure for her to get to bed. The daughter lived 10 mins away and posted in past about Bobcats at daughter's Tucson property.
If she was attacked by a bobcat, there would be A LOT of blood at the scene. Not just drops.

There were Google Nest cameras (like Ring, but different company) but the intruders smashed them all. Police having trouble getting useful footage
I’m referring to Annie’s house, not Nancy’s. Sorry for the confusion.

For sure. If she's correct then job well done and a good way for her to launch her new channel.

Maybe the helicopter saw something that they needed to have the officers check out

I imagine that if any family goes back to Nancy's home we will know about it quickly since it's where the media is hanging out. May as well set up a porta potty for them! JMO
