First time I’ve seen it released so quickly. I wonder if LE had a car there overnight. It doesn’t make sense.

It actually happens all the time. I can think of two recent cases where family members continued to live in bloody crime scenes, and CSI teams had to return multiple times during that period (it made no difference in the end).

Here it looks like the search is located outside the house, which isn't as bad.

Takes me back to the Kelsey Berreth case. IIRC her family found blood in the home after LE left. imo

Yes, and Gannon was eventually found (though luck, tbh), and the murderer convicted. Any case is not lost yet.

Sandy and rocky. It varies throughout the area but it's generally sandy, with lots of rocks, and bedrock underneath some of the mountainous areas.

Mary also confirms a deadline was involved. Mary also states many similarities between the letter her station received and what TMZ received. "They do look similar" is a direct quote from her.

Lol, that's one of them, and someone also mentioned the other one I was talking about (Stauch case).

From what I can gather, this is really standard, although in those cases they should have caught that stuff initially and didn't.

Here it doesn't appear that family even re-entered the house, and the search is outside. So I don't think this is a big deal.

I watched two Dateline cases where the houses had been sold and the new owners let LE in to get convictions on both. You are so right.
