There are people on both sides. Some are great, some are negligent.

Not only US/Mexico. We traveled between Argentina and Brazil. Would anyone guess what border patrol was careless, and what was very attentive?

Well, it means that they are careful and mindful.

However, a lot depends on what medication Nancy takes. With newer ones (e.g., Xarelto or Eliquis), as there is no need to do standard coagulation tests, someone can “borrow” a similar drug from a grandparent. LE need to check a little bit more, someone running out of their meds earlier or suddenly ordering 3-months supply. JMO.

Lots of patterns can be changed in the situation when a person is abducted. Even if it is a business.
How incorrect you are about Eliquis. There are now Anticoagulation Centers just for Eliquis. Lab test every 6 months and weight. This is true of everyone on Eliquis. I am on it. AND, if you have a reason to go to UC or ER, you must tell doctors you are on Eliquis. Finally, you cannot just stop taking it as with aspirin - dangerous.

What proof is there that NG was dropped off at home at 9:47pm or so? Anyone who was close to NG could have had access to garage door opener since NG did not drive car night of 1/31/26 but relied on Uber and family.
They’d have her phone, and maybe watch to verify.

Her pacemaker was connected up until a certain point too. She was def home that night.

It's such as weird thing to release. Sounds like the media is grasping at straws. Suspcious vehicle at a Circle K. Was it left over night or something? How do they even know if it's connected to the case?

Gas stations frequently have suspicious vehicles because well, there is lots of other crime or whatever....
How is that weird? LE has asked to see their surveillance tape footage.

But why would someone seeking ransom point to the body???
Maybe no $ offered at first deadline, so kidnappers gave up “something”, don’t know what.

Why alert the neighborhood?

Maybe because LE were cutting access off to a certain road. Isn't West of Campbell Avenue Nancy's neighborhood?

So the drones have to register so police know what network it is and if they don't take it down the police will shoot it down?
Law enforcement can get a TFR..... temporary flight restriction. It bans drones from operating on the airspace

"Strange things are afoot at the Circle K"
Trying to break the tension a little.
I said this to my boyfriend as soon as I heard about it! 🤣

we don't have attics in arizona generally.
crawl spaces-those are a possibility. One can hope
A couple of locals said these homes are built on slab, when I asked previously.

I was hoping to follow up on this topic and ask some questions but it got buried.
What does the reference mean? I saw the movie so long ago.
I don’t think you’ll have much luck discussing it considering the rapid pace of the thread. But basically SG used a quote from the Silence of the Lamb movie in her address to the (potential) kidnapper. Whether it was a coincidence or not, or maybe her statement was AI generated, or maybe the perps told them to put that sentence in, I have no idea.

OMG I'm so worried for NG. I am not so hopeful or her. Praying for the best.

I don't think NG ever left Tucson daughter's home night of 1/31/26 if that's where NG ate dinner.
What about NG's blood outside her own home? Jmo.

Why alert the neighborhood?
just makes sense to alert them and hopefully no one will try to get in their way. Might be on some of their properties>

The neighborhood got a letter today stating LE were going to be searching a property West of Campbell Ave. 🤔
I think it's going to be a long night/weekend...

Non-acceptable sources are not allowed and you were directed to read the rules. That's not and insult, it's showing you how to abide by the rules that apply to all of us. Mose of us have been "called out" and even been in time-out a few times. Forget it and move on : )
Rules are important! :)

Info from Google search: An Apple Watch cannot detect a pacemaker in a dead person, as the watch is designed to monitor human pulse and blood flow, not electronic device signals. If a person passes away, the Apple Watch will stop recording heart rate data because it can no longer detect blood flow or pulse, and it may lock itself, thinking it is no longer on a wrist.
A pacemaker can connect to a cell tower via radio frequency. Also, it can connect to an app via Bluetooth when in close range. It reports data via a handheld medical device @/or cell phone. Sitting in a medical facility, it can connect to a laptop to the extent that a technician can make your throat tickle. But IMO, the best way to prove a general vicinity and also that she is alive, is to intensely scan cell tower data. I heard there are 41 towers in the wide area.

Yes, the plant at the door also looks like lantana. Doubt it was part of an arrangement.

It's weird that they're so close to the door and not next the the sidewalk. It would seem "juvenile" "immature" to cut a few lantana stems and pass them off as a "gift". Yet, there are people who do this with lantana. (There are little kids who pick mine) I wouldn't expect Nancy to do this. I wouldn't expect another homeowner to do this.

It's almost as if someone came to the door with these in their hand to lure someone out. MOO MOO

Thanks for your observation....
