Question about NG’s cameras -

It has been said that the doorbell camera was a Nest camera. Were the interior cameras also Nest cameras?

The timeline said -
“2:12 a.m. — The camera's software detects movement, but there is no video available since Guthrie did not have an active subscription with the company, meaning the footage was not saved.” (pbs.org)

Does anyone know if the camera company (i.e. Nest) can retrieve the video from this timeframe even if NG didn’t have a subscription? I can see that IF this is possible that the company may not want the general public to know this. I can also see where LE may also not want the public to know this - especially right now with this case.
I really hope these companies aren't secretly recording people's homes! It's happened before.

I don't think NG ever left Tucson daughter's home night of 1/31/26 if that's where NG ate dinner.
Her pacemaker was working at her house later.

Have they said anything yet about a landscaper or housekeeper?

There is so much vegetation on the property that NG wouldn’t be able to maintain on her own so there had to be a groundskeeper. If it’s not family I would look at those who had regular access to her property.

Dang what a huge ladder! Thanks for the link.
Right??? It's currently completely stretched out, but just hanging out on the ground... I would think they already tested the floodlights for DNA?

It does happen quite often that a body is located just feet away from the last known location despite searchers, human and canine.
This is so true. It’s exactly why I keep feeling like she’ll be found somewhere near her house.

NO DRONE, NO, DON'T GO AWAY

I certainly hope so! But the in and out of LE over the past days make it seem a bit amateuristic tbh.
They didn't keep the house cordoned off as i would expect they would in a case like this.
Also it seems they were done pretty quick with processing the house.
Maybe i missed something but i'd think it would take several hours to swab, dust, etc, everything for potential trace like dna or fingerprints.
It could be i just have an unrealistic expectation of what LE would and should do 😅
Do we know the make/model of her car? Many models are equipped with backup and security cameras that may have picked something up.

why not? I'd like to know what's going on in my neighborhood and why they are seeing unusual activity and why the streets may be blocked off
I agree, and they were likely working with the head of the neighborhood association closely to make sure they had a good relationship and cooperation with the community there, at one point they were going to go door-to-door and would need cooperation for security videos, etc. The head of the neighborhood association got the word out to the neighborhood that this would be happening on behalf of LE.

Does this drone have the battery life of a Sega Game Gear???

What does this mean? No proof of life with letter?
This is just ridiculous so these people have just been toying around for a few days because they enjoy it, probably watching the tv and having a good chuckle, sick. Why can't people leave innocent folks alone, our time here is already so short. I am so sick of evil.

But why would someone seeking ransom point to the body???
Exactly. A dead body won't get you your ransom money. They want PROOF she's still alive and have asked for it several times.

My first thought was that they were looking for a body.

This is very presumptive. NG is her own person, independent with the capacity to make her own decisions. She may have refused a lift from her family and wanted to make her own way there. I have an elderly relative and sometimes she will accept the help, other times there is hell to pay if you dare to press on it. I'm finding the ageist comments/assumptions quite tiring. Jmo.
avalonisland's post is pretty over the top. "frail" is not a word I would use for Nancy G.

Yep! My drone stopped again.

They've had to charge it like 4 times now. Lol, great reference. 6 AA batteries and those things lasted like 3.5 hours at most.

Agree. When I previously first saw the photo the larger blood “splatter” caught my attention as it looked different than the blood drops. I didn’t enlarge it to look at it more closely at that time, however I just did this and it does appear to be more of an aerosol-mist type (high-velocity) splatter.

I’d love to hear what others think - especially those with experience in types of blood splatter.
I wonder if the blood on the porch was a decoy and part of LE strategy. It seems extraordinarily that LE would have left it there and accessible by reporters and the general public.
