First time I’ve heard this. Nancy is safe but scared??

“TMZ founder Harvey Levin believes that Savannah Guthrie’s kidnapped mother could be being held in the “radius” of Tucson as he described the purported ransom email as “very specific” and “well organized.”

Levin said on “Hannity” that Monday’s deadline is “far more consequential” after Thursday’s came and went, with kidnappers demanding the family shell out millions in bitcoin for the safe return of the NBC “Today” anchor’s 84-year-old mother.

“The letter begins by saying she is safe, but scared, and they go on to say she knows exactly what the demand is,” he told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Thursday”

There was no proof of life, and no further demands apparently.

Law enforcement officials in Arizona are searching for a vehicle or vehicles that may be connected to the Nancy Guthrie investigation, NBC News has learned.

A Circle K spokesperson told NBC News that law enforcement visited one of their stores on Oracle Road in Tucson after “receiving a tip regarding a vehicle of interest, and our team has provided them access to the store’s surveillance video.”

Officials haven’t said if the vehicle or vehicles are definitively connected to any part of the crime, or if that lead has since evaporated.

Circle K said it was with regards to surveillance footage.

This isn’t new. He said this after the first letter came in. As far as we know there is absolutely no proof been provided that she is indeed alive

Just in on Court Tv. TMZ is saying that Nancy is alive and where the kidnappers will drop her off.

I think is from earlier when TMZ reported that the first ransom note claimed that Nancy was alive and that if the ransom was paid, the kidnappers would return her to Tucson within 12 hours, so they drew a radius of what would fall within a 12 hour drive at 60 miles an hour.

I keep thinking best case scenario is she's being kept and taken care of at a house in the area. How many of us would know if our neighbor had someone being held captive in their house?
Just my opinion and praying for this type of outcome.
I realize it's not likely because she would see the person holding her captive but I have to believe there's some decency in this world. Otherwise it just feels too evil

Interesting, If they are taking her vehicle it would seem to indicate that it was somehow used in the commission of the crime imo

The poster was citing an older article where Harvey explained that the note started off with Nancy is safe but scared.
