Doesn’t it look like a flashlight and the breaks are just because of the window panes? Unless its multiple flashes but they move from right to left
I’m thinking it’s both the use of a flash light and flash from a camera?

I believe there was a signal from her pacemaker at home around 2 a.m., so she was home and alive, if timeline was accurate.
not necessarily. That signal could have been at AG's house

And then you’d need to find another explanation for the blood the front door. If she never returned home

Front door scene staged to draw attention away from other entrance or exit points in the house, such as the garage? Or staged simply to bolster the abduction narrative? I still don't like those spatter patterns.

The signal from the pacemaker syncing with her phone and/or watch at 2am just means she was alive at that time. Nothing indicates she was home at that time. The phone and watch that were left behind could have been placed in the home anytime after that, up until family arrived the following day at 11-something in the morning.

If she didn't make it home, what is the explanation for the time gap btwn the garage door open/close at around 9:50pm and the door camera going out at about 1:30am?

I wonder if the car went back to NG's house and the watch was dropped off there. Hence the ransom issuer knew where the watch was and included that detail in the ransom note.
all of this is pointing towards the ransom writer and the perp as the same person/persons

If she didn't make it home, a quick drive there, raise and lower the garage door to suggest she was dropped off home.

Later returning to the house to stage crime scene

If she never left AG home, her watch did, and it was part of the staging at her home. So, it would disconnect from her pacemaker connection.
I have zero idea how pacemakers work. Can they still send signals to an Apple Watch hours after death?

I don't know much about the damage to AG's car, is there a photo of it? Is it the sort of damage that looks like a vehicular accident or lower damage that might come from say off-terrain driving?
I did see a pic of the front of her car on a flatbed, it had some minor damage Ill go find it, someone posted it in here earlier

And her pacemaker disconnecting after that.

Like you can visualize this going down by the events, and it just doesn't work if she's not there.

Especially with the pacemaker.

If there was any funny business with Nancy's phone or watch, law enforcement would know that almost right away. And if that happened, it would implicate the people whose house Is being searched right now.

Which means no ransom response videos.
Do you think law enforcement is telling the family what’s going on? This is just so crazy. I literally keep going back and forth 50/50 on who is responsible for this. Surely the SIL isn’t also connected to the ransom? I’m new here, but read early on you always have the answers…

yeah, I agree. I'm not sure how long it takes to get cell phone/router information, but surely they have looked at that already? Even TC's and AG's, no way it would take this long, right? lol

Not necessarily, in my opinion. The ransom issue could be a separate criminal matter, MOO.

If this, it’d also likely be that phone was placed on her home as well, right? But then what about pacemaker disconnecting later? Logistics are confusing. Unless phone was returned after watch, but LE would have figured that out ASAP.
Could have been staged later.

Excuse me if this has been answered, but do we know that it actually synched at her house? Could it have synched somewhere else?
It could have synced elsewhere - but from the timeline the final syncing happened after the cameras picked up someone in the house.

Which to me would say she was in the house when in synced. But someone upthread responded to my previous post saying this wasn't necessarily the case.

Possible. But that's very involved. Many moving parts.

YES!!! THIS! I don't think Nancy ever made it home.
Didn’t Sheriff originally say she was taken from her bed? Or is my memory incorrect?

  • #10,779
Sorry, I haven't been able to read every post, is it correct that a pacemaker can continue to send a signal even if someone has passed away? My google search says yes it can, but just checking as I know there are some on here who had alot of knowledge in this area

Feds have those too, which is why I'm curious.

If it is the sheriff's office, then it explains the whole basketball thing earlier. He knew this would be occurring well after that.
Exactly. I'm convinced LE has got a lot of this figured out and they are consciously communicating through their actions.
