If they are checking the water storage tank, that may mean they think she is dead and are now looking for her body. That would be very unfortunate but I can think of no reason for checking in a water tank for any sorts of clues about a live person. Of course, it is also possible they have no idea if she is dead or alive and therefore exploring all possibilities. MOO.

JMO - I Also wondered what it meant so i asked but it got dismissed as her just being exhausted and emotional from the whole thing, which ofcourse could simply be the case.
My gut from the start said SIL and maybe AG know more but i could (and hope) be wrong.
I obviously don't know AG so it's really hard to say if this is just her way of expressing herself or if there's more behind it.
I just hope Nancy is returned soon

My bet would be, it is just her way. I like poetry and know histories of world-known poets; to be a talented poet takes certain traits. IMHO, we can not judge “creative people” by conventional means.

I just wish them to get mom back and not break in the process.

I know in other cases they've tested water and septic tanks for blood evidence, but I'm not sure what the purpose of a water tank is.

I am downright disgusted that this appears to be the first time this "tank" is being searched! I asked earlier if we were sure attics, crawlspaces, washers/dryers were searched? No need for anyone to tell me if these structures are common or not in Tuscon, many have already answered.

There are just obvious places that should be searched. Semaj Crosby was found under a sofa without legs. The Tunstall children were found in the washer and dryer. All children, yet found on subsequent searches in homes they disappeared from!

It should just be common sense to search places like sewers, tanks, buildings, etc in the immediate area, and all enclosed spaces or appliances, etc.

ANY AND ALL OF THE ABOVE. JUST ONE OF MY THEORIES WHY SG WAS THE INCIDENTAL INTENDED TARGET. TIMING BEFORE SHE WAS SCHEDULED TO LEAVE FOR THE OLYMPICS WOULD MEAN THE ALLEGED PERPS WANTED HER STATE SIDE AS THEY WERE PLOTTING A KIDNAPPING. Or, they didnt want her at the Olympics because they didnt like her politics.. It could also be a stalker, someone who had been a contractor for the mom....in other words, if the motive was money...SG needed to be in the USA and accessible. If the motive was wanting attention or to be noticed by SG, she would also have to be around to address the ransom notes and pay up. If it is a grudge against the brother or the National Guard , the person with the ability to pay is solely, SG. SG is the central figure in this...she assumedly has the finances. However, It has taken her a week to say we will pay. I think the window of opportunity has closed. MOO..

I understand if English, or this term “ celebrate” is not familiar to you.
MOO, it refers to celebration of life, a funeral or memorial.

It could also be a reference to something said in the 2nd email from the alleged abductor. SG's video seemed to be using coded language which could be repeating words or providing specific responses to statements made in that email.
I don't know if "The Express" is an approved source, so I won't link, but it has comments from an FBI negotiator about how words like "celebrate" are used to connote a positive outcome to the abductor.
