If T is involved, I think it is highly likely that A is involved too. She would have said something if he had taken hours to come home after dropping her off, or probably noticed if he left again late at night.
I agree. But the only thing i can think of where this could not be the case is if when SIL left to drop NG off, AG got ready for bed and fell asleep. If for some chance they didn’t share a bedroom, as even some healthy couples don’t, i could see how that could leave some room for him to sneak in and out and be back by sunrise after whatever could have happened after the 1-2 am timeframe.

just thinking out loud don’t take me too seriously

Nancy was expected at a friend's house.....not church

On Feb. 1, Nancy did not arrive at her friend’s house as expected to watch the livestream. Concerned, the friend contacted Annie — Nancy’s daughter and Savannah Guthrie’s sister — to report that Nancy had not shown up and could not be reached.

The source emphasized that Nancy was expected to be at her friend’s home that morning, not at a Tucson church, and said the circumstances surrounding her absence have been inaccurately described in some coverage.

Why in the world did LE not clarify this days ago! They could see it was fueling rumors.

If you are correct, how does the kidnap letter writer know about the exact special placement of the Apple Watch?
Not sure, I would have to know exactly what they wrote. Did they say the watch is being placed on the toaster in kitchen, or is it more generic. Did it get leaked out by the authorities and someone is using that to write the ransom letters (I think this is likely). A real kidnapper for money, just wants money, they would release proof of life and get paid, it's about the money. I think the ransom letters are BS.

OK since my version of what might have happened had been removed (I have a copy of my version), I am leaving the discussion as I have no ideas.

My premonition is: we shall probably never know what truly happened that evening/night.

Good that they didn’t pay the ransom.

With no proof of life after all this time (as far as we know) and all communication done publicly, it feels like the motive might be public humiliation of Savannah. Does the writer of the notes expect to get paid without proving that NG is alive? Even if he didn’t want to send photographs or physical evidence, he could have sent information in the notes that only NG and her children would know. Absent that, I’d be surprised if he expected to get money.

What he’s getting is news and perhaps that was the motive all along.
It could also be a crime of passion with someone trying to cover up evidence. It’s harder to convict without a body.

So glad to finally have accurate confirmation about this. Thank you.

Fair enough.

Yet if someone you were related to and cared for deeply was kidnapped, wouldn't you want to plead for their safe return and you wouldn't care at all what people thought about you, in public or in social media ?
Internet speculation would mean zilch if your loved one was being held captive and maybe suffering.
You'd do everything in your power to beg for them !
Omo.
No. Why hasn't SG husband been seen begging for NG's safe return. MOO

In the circumstances, surely TC would've been publicly cleared if there wasn't even a tiny suspicion ???
I only remember one time hearing LE outright publicly clear someone because of major public suspicion - in the Idaho 4 case, Kaylee’s ex-boyfriend (maybe Kaylee & Maddie’s driver that night too?). BK wasn’t even a suspect at the time he was publicly cleared. I say that, because while I’m sure there are other cases it has happened in, publicly clearing someone is not the norm.

IMO he isn’t privy to anything going on and he is talking off the cuff, which he tends to do. Can’t read more into it
Is that the "royal we" he is using? :D

Several posters have asked on this thread recently if LE would need both AG and TC to give voluntary consent to a search of their home and property. I assume that LE would need the consent of all legal and official homeowners. Do we know if both AG and TC are listed on auditor's website as both being official homeowners?
They're both listed... as CP/RS

(I removed the property ID from the link to avoid doxxing but anyone can use the link to search public property ownership records by name or address)

Good point. Also thinking of my own parents, I don’t think any of their friends have my phone number, and I don’t have theirs. So I’m surprised that a church friend would have any Nancy’s children’s numbers handy to call them.

My mother gave my phone number out like individually wrapped lifesavers.

I would desperately want to and hope that I would, but I am also an introvert's introvert, so I honestly don't know if I would prefer that or being on here trying to gather sound theories from smart people. As of now, if I see my shadow I walk the other way.

ETA - What people think about me is none of my business. I like to be liked, but I can't control that beyond just trying to be kind to others when I see them.

JMO.

Why would someone think he’s not with the rest of the family?

I think because the family has been seen by some but TC hasn’t been seen since last Tuesday. The tweet from BE is upthread.

They are closing in?

I said "if" they are closing in. Meaning on the SIL as there has been vast speculation in the last couple of days due to the searches by LE at Annie's home.

If they didn't have a search warrant than anything they found would likely be barred from evidence at trial.
Arizona police generally do not need a warrant to search property if voluntary consent is given by someone with authority. Consent acts as a legal exception to the 4th Amendment, allowing searches of homes or vehicles without probable cause. Consent can be withdrawn or limited at any time. https://post.az.gov/sites/default/files/2025-11/2.3 Search and Seizure.docx.pdf
