Using AI to try and see what the masked person looks like is like randomly slamming your hands on your keyboard hoping the person's name will appear.

this is cracking me up, thanks for the laugh

In one picture, he is staring stright ahead at the front door like he's waiting on her to open it. He looks like a visitor who is comfortable there. Weird.
This is an interesting point. I’ve never broke into a home but back in the day I did help toilet paper many houses. This guy is about to snatch an old lady from her home and he’s not really sneaking around much. As teens, we were so much more stealthy than this guy!

The regional SWAT team in Pima County has been activated. Unknown for what reason.

Pima County Sheriff’s office said who posed as a delivery driver? Thanks
Sorry the post was deleted. I was trying to find the video released from Pima County. There was a trespassing report from an elderly man back in January near the home. The video was interesting. I am going to try to find a verified link of it.

What's in the backpack? Rope? restraints? Gags? zipties?? Laser gun? Knives? This was a kidnaping from the get-go. IMO Just strengthens my belief this was a sickio admirer of SG who wanted attention or someone with a huge grudge against the family. JMO Also, IMO ransom was real.
Change of clothes? (For perp and/or Nancy)
Or
Tarp

Whatever it is, I don’t like it.

Did some AI reconstruction... And female is a strong possiblity
The person is a female and AI is not good for these things. I don’t think it is approved either to post.

“It’s kind of ridiculous,” Moore said. “He’s got a small, semiautomatic pistol meant for concealment that he could have put in his pocket, but instead he’s holstering it in a holster made for a large-frame revolver. They don’t even match.”

“In past cases,” he said, “authorities have canvassed places like clothing and hardware stores in order to determine if employees may have recognized a possible subject (from) when the items were purchased.”

“We recognize people more by the way that they move than by visual cues, often,” said Josh Schirard, a former SWAT commander. “Understanding how they’re moving, seeing them walk back and forth, is definitely a great way to recognize someone that you might know,” even when other distinctive features may be obscured.''

''McCabe said the individual’s approach was “not particularly furtive or concerned.”
Bryanna Fox, a former FBI agent, similarly said the individual “almost saunters up like that’s his house.”
There is “a lack of concern that he’s going to be caught,” she said.''
“He still has this kind of air of bravado, that he’s going to be able to get away with this.”

I'm still sticking with "it was someone on the roofing crew". <modsnip>

Also... lantana has a strong sweet/clean smell and it's kind of a sticky plant. So some could have possibly transferred to his clothing if it brushed his sleeves - which is likely.

Less than $300 is so specific, I wonder if it's a fun amount.
It would be awesome if it was the dude's house number. Exquisite.

.... .... .... .... ....

I think he had a flashlight in his mouth. It's possible he put dna on his hand when he removed it.
OH WOW, that is VERY possible, especially if the perp wasn't thinking. Let's hope. Sure doesn't look like someone with high intelligence that could write a grammatically correct ransom note?

Former Navy Seal commander Dan O’Shea discussed the decision to release the footage in an interview with Sky News Australia this morning.

He said releasing the footage so publicly was a risk, but one that could help to flush out the suspect.

“This ups the game… he knows he has a target on his back and he’s in a desperate situation,” O’Shea said.

“Let’s hope this puts pressure on this individual to let her go and try and sneak away.”

O’Shea also argued that the release of the footage reveals how desperate the authorities must be, as they are willing to show the suspect that they have footage that could help identify them.

O’Shea said that, based on the footage, the suspect appears to beobviously a man... he looks like he’s over 200 pounds (90kg).

Authorities said today that the images from the security camera had been “previously inaccessible.”

She can press a panic button or dial 911 tho. How did he know she wouldn't do that? How did he know she couldn't see him on the camera feed?

IMO perps had already been inside when this footage was filmed. But JMO.
Sound asleep at 2am most likely

Or tracking the place he bought all those items. Maybe a shopkeeper remembers someone coming in to buy a ski mask, which is a pretty memorable thing to buy at this time of year in a warm

That's a good point, I'm trying to figure out if this is some setup however $300 instead of 6 million. I wouldn't bite. IMO
It is very common in bitcoin to send test amounts, especially before you move lots of money.

The simplest explanation is usually the answer. I wonder if someone at the dinner put something in NGs drink or food to make sure she stayed asleep during the break-in. That guy was in no hurry.
That does not seem like the simplest explanation at all to me, haha. MOO.

Fox News (national level) said SWAT and bomb squad headed southeast of Tucson. This was said on air 10-15 minutes ago. Been trying to find a clip, mods I can delete if needed.
This was the second time they said it, but was able to catch it this time. Repeating that SWAT team headed 45ish miles SE of Tucson.
