Per CNN, and Fox, a person had been detained
both, sounds like.... JMO. Media says connected with the 'abduction', but it's interesting this happened so quickly after a, likely, bitcoin deposit made by LE to track veracity. So, this points to 2 possibilities. Or, someone turned someone in that resembles the perp at the door. LE quickly already had a search warrant, though, and it says they are searching.Detained as a ransom hoaxer or detained as an abductor?
JMO, agree with lack of flexibility. From my observation of many folks who are in the business where lots of bending is involved (roofing, landscaping etc.), due to overuse, they tend to have flexibility issues when get to late 30s and early 40s.The kidnapper’s lack of mobility stood out to me. Either was wearing way too many layers or really struggles with flexibility.
I don't see why this is such a big scoop. It was obvious it was a local crime. SG not rich enough to be a Hearst-like kidnapping. We broke the story ... our law enforcement sources told us the operating theory is the kidnapper is from the Tucson area and wrote the ransom note that was sent to a couple Tucson TV stations and TMZ.

Tubac is not that remote. It gets all the traffic that has crossed the Mexican border at Nogales going north, and a lot of traffic from Nevada, Utah and Arizona going south to enter Mexico at Nogales.Stops at remote town near Nogales?
I mentioned this once before, but that metal "screen" door covering Nancy's front door has locks on it. Locks that likely require a different key than the front door lock. My husband installed that very same door on our former house. We bought it at Home Depot and liked having it on our front door because it provided more security than your average screen door. Also, we never carried the key with us as we always entered through our garage door. Always.I can’t say 100% she went thru garage but the timeline shows garage opened 9:48pm & closed 9:50pm so it certainly appears she did. And it’s no trouble to open a garage door with an opener or a phone app or even a key pad and likely easier for her if no steps from garage to house than front door would be. IMO family may have even pulled their car into the garage and let her out inside which would have made a shorter walk for her than the walk from the drive to the front door landing. i do agree at some point she either came out the front door or carried out it because of the blood but not when she came home. Vid of perp released today shows no blood there at the time he was caught on the camera.
Paradise Valley is Phoenix not Tucson. Is any of the activity near Paradise Valley?
I think its very significant, there has been so much chatter on here and in the wider community about whether the person/s who wrote the ransom notes were one and the same as the kidnapper. This is a huge piece of information!I don't see why this is such a big scoop. It was obvious it was a local crime. SG not rich enough to be a Hearst-like kidnapping.
