Calling in a tip doesn't mean the FBI should run out and arrest someone. It's called INVESTIGATE.But that’s the purpose of releasing the video. If it looks like someone you know, call it in and LE vets the tip.

I’ve seen all sorts of nonsense on social media stating that it’s a “Mexican man” (which could be right or wrong) but IMO you can’t even tell if the person is male or female even, so how can you tell nationality through a mask? You are SO right! I absolutely hate it when a news story focuses on skin color or nationality. Many media outlets have replaced objective reporting with "moral clarity" journalism. When media outlets focus heavily on race or nationality to drive engagement it can have negative impacts on a criminal investigation. Keep in mind, being released does not necessarily mean "cleared."
It WAS a masked paramilitary that descended on Nancy G’s house! They use a masked paramilitary force to descend on every other Hispanic person in this country so I can’t say I’m incredibly surprised
They didn’t arrest anyone.Calling in a tip doesn't mean the FBI should run out and arrest someone. It's called INVESTIGATE.
Some guy's family was in the car, some kid was handcuffed in his house after LE knocked down their door.We might see an increase in people wearing sunglasses for the next few days
My leading theorySo, the "why" is still unanswered. If the object was to murder an 84 yr old, it would seem it would have happened in her home. Robbery? Nothing taken. Doubtful it has anything to do with SG or the Olympics.
Why take her? Ransom would be the foremost answer. Seems ransom is closer to being legit reason, but it's not been paid. Now what?
my leading theory is still that they wanted her to withdraw or transfer a large amount of money and were ignorant of her medication needs and she died while in their possession. So, the "why" is still unanswered. Such a wild pendulum swing here from “the dude police say isn’t a suspect is totally the guy that did it!” to “They only went off of his eyes???”
We have no idea what police have or don’t have, and breathless speculation is not fact.
JMO
iMO some people are stating to let this case get to themThey descended on him like that over a tip about similar EYES??
Sensationalism......we all fall for it and later are ashamed, at least, some of us. JMOLE follow leads and not all are correct -that's part of the hard work they do. But the public doesn't to be there for every second of it.
I'm questioning my own habits of following cases, tbh. Yesterday was cringe, yet I watched. WHY?
Not comfortable today.
But she also answered a question about his name. She didn't mean harm, but that was cringe. In the end, his mother-in-law believed in his innocence.![]()
Yeah there’s just not enough information for the general public to make an ID.I’ve seen all sorts of nonsense on social media stating that it’s a “Mexican man” (which could be right or wrong) but IMO you can’t even tell if the person is male or female even, so how can you tell nationality through a mask?
I don't think we should assume she was home at 2:28am. It is common for pacemakers to transmit data only once per day and usually in the middle of the night according to this pacemaker monitoring company: Remote Monitoring: Frequently Asked Questions - PaceMate®Her pacemaker app was disconnected from her phone at 2:28am. That has been determined by investigators.
It doesn't clear the family but she made it home.
I'm feeling that remorse today too Inthedetails.LE follow leads and not all are correct -that's part of the hard work they do. But the public doesn't to be there for every second of it.

IMO no it wasn’t a paramilitary person. No paramilitary weapons, no professional precision, no evidence of someone highly trained….and true paramilitary types don’t mess with flowers IMOIt WAS a masked paramilitary that descended on Nancy G’s house!
He lives in that areaMaybe it was a bit of a reach but if they pinged his phone or car and saw his movement towards the southern border it might have triggered them to take action.

Interesting. That would explain why it took so long to send any ransom demand (if it was the same people, ie not the hoaxer one) - it was Plan B.My leading theory
