I am wondering why people are so obsessed with the inside of the home? NG, JMHO, certainly didn't conveniently start bleeding as soon as she got outside. IMO, there would be plenty of blood or at least SOME BLOOD in the home. SHE WAS ABDUCTED and likely put up a struggle or was immediately subdued by the perp. Further speculation on my part is that family arrived at her home, saw blood outside and some blood inside with some other oddities like watch etc being there, searched inside to be sure she hadn't collapsed anywhere indoors, ( blood loss from blood thinners as a contributing factor), and notified the police. The better question is why wouldn't there be blood inside? I am confident there was...JMO

Same. I have wealthy siblings and I don't resent that. I'm proud that they're so successful.

As I've said since the beginning, if this was a money grab from family her going missing is the worst way for them to do it as the estate will be tied up for years.

She is 84 with limited mobility, if they wanted the inheritance early there are a million easier way to do that which wouldn't include a nationwide viral story with their every move under scrutiny.

Why do people keep thinking that murder for inheritance can only be about getting it early?!

It's more often to prevent you being cut out of inheritance altogether.

Not only can an estate be tied up for years in Probate Court, a person can still be cut out of an inheritance if it is proven that person committed murder in order to profit from another person's death.

It is certainly possible that vomit or urine is a DNA source from the home, but it is less likely that either would be used as a basis to infer that a serious crime had been committed against an elderly 84 year old lady living alone. In my view only her absence, a disturbed scene, and a significant amount of blood would create the conditions where that would be surmised as quickly as it was, and homicide being brought in to confer.

Agree. For them to immediately determine it was a crime scene, there had to have been a fair amount of blood and a fairly significantly disturbed scene. MO

I just feel so vibey on this being an organized event where Nancy walked into a trap. she may not have even been dropped off alive/ conscious. they could have brought her back into the house through the garage and out the front door etc all for staging purposes. they could have easily drugged her and gotten rid of her. I don't believe in a stranger intruder theory at all.

I don't believe he could take her out of there without help unless he literally dragged her to his partially hidden car..so he has accomplices...nothing is stolen..no robbery has occurred. there is no sexual motive with two to three accomplices,

so, the motive is money....yet hmmm, they don't seem to have kept the victim alive...so now we have three kidnappers with a dead victim, so now what?

if I had to guess I'd say someone incentivized this mess and it's a murder for hire. mOO

She was a little old lady and there was a man with a gun. IMO there only needed to be 1 and I'm not sure how three kidnappers was decided?

Good point. I was thinking that if their alibis are each other saying that they were home sleeping, LE can't rule them out, because the source could be covering for the other (or both involved).

Given the recent events, I am leaning much farther away from family involvement. JMO.

Plus if one of them wasn't there, that individual could have left devices at their house. Not sure if their vehicle movements can be tracked.

Does anyone buy into a theory that distraction from some world events/events could have motivated the commission of this crime? Or does anyone completely rule that out as a motive? Can anyone cite a crime having been committed in order to distract attention?

This may be a stupid question but here it is: Does the FBI have the capability to clone the encrypted Bluetooth specific pacemaker information to other phones? If so, if any phone synced to NG’s pacemaker she would have to be within 50’ alive or otherwise correct? A pacemaker battery has charge for 7-10yrs and continues until removed. 50’ isn’t a very big area but could be helpful. Idk just a thought.

Her friend group were meeting at 11:00 to watch the NY church service.

Nancy was known to be punctual.

NG was seen as mentally tough
Friend pointed out example where NG insisted on walking the gravel driveway to her mailbox, though her friend assisted her with that.

During the summer, often kept her windows open.

Had back pain and other problems, yet rarely complained.

If I was a hired hit then why would they take the body? Makes no sense. Typical hits don’t require more than one person and the sole purpose is to kill as quick as possible. The longer it takes, the more people there, moving the body or person alive, all is more of a chance for being caught.

I live in an Arizona 55+ community with a high percentage of ex-military residents and I'm fairly certain that many of them would come to the door armed and ready.

Doesn’t have to be ex-military. Whenever I visited my aunt, who also was living at the time in 55+ gated community south of Tucson, she had no hesitancy to show me her gun stashed away in her purse whenever we went out…dinner, shopping, sightseeing. And she’s no spring chicken, but definitely knew how to use it. I confess to wondering if NG herself had a gun somewhere at home. Never heard mention of one. JMO

I just watched a news outlet yesterday who researched the range, and it's only 10-30 feet, but I really wish it were greater, because this is a great idea I've seen bounced around!
