(NewsNation) — NewsNation has exclusively learned that a SWAT operation is unfolding Friday in Tucson in connection with the search for Nancy Guthrie.


SWAT officers converged on a home near Guthrie’s neighborhood and ordered two individuals inside to come out; both complied. Law enforcement is now searching the residence. NewsNation’s Brian Entin is live at the scene, where we are the only media outlet present.


The location where police have blocked off is approximately 1.9 miles from Nancy Guthrie’s house.

BE mentioned that but it is far from confirmed. I don't remember his exact wording, but it sounded like a guess or a rumor. Definitely not official information to rely on.

With all my heart, I want the female to be NG, like all of us. But she is of frail health, we know this. I can't see SWAT "pulling her out" of the house, not as described (with a male) and especially two weeks of hell she would have been through. A stretcher and an ambulance seems more likely and, again, not with the male and not by SWAT.

Seems like they only let BE in on the real location. Anyway I'm curious because now I've heard him report it's about 2 miles from NG's home and also it's 30 minutes away
