There seems to be a lot of confusion over this. It’s unlikely this person witnessed both, so I would assume they’re repeating a rumor about the person shooting himself. There has also been talk of two hit and runs that happened in the area tonight. It may be that things are getting mixed up, as is often the case with early reports.

What is going on? Speculation, but potentially 3-4 people were aware of what happened to Nancy or concocted some plot around her? And someone killed themselves rather than be detained? This is incredibly dark...

FOX 10 in Phoenix has a live feed - they were taking photos of this Range Rover (rear license plate covered). The Range Rover is in the parking lot of Culver's. The in-studio announcer took a break while waiting for their reporter to get to the site to find out more information, but the feed remains active. Sheriff's Deputies and FBI presence on the scene.

I think there is conflicting information about the specific address of the relevant house. IMO it's possible a house on the next street was accessed through the yard of the address that has been most frequently mentioned.

Yes, this is the most likely scenario. I think I jumped the gun compiling and synthesizing all of this information that was really, really too crazy sounding to be coincidental. But I suppose now that it almost certainly is (hence my augmented reality follow up post). Indeed Mr. Twain, truth is stranger than fiction.

This case is and has been a master class in both incongruence and lunacy. Sometimes its difficult to remember that in all of this deception and madness there are real people who are hurting immensely tonight as they have to sit and watch all of this unfold.

It was on Live Now Fox on YT coverage. They were focused on cops / Feds standing around an SUV with the plate covered and taking lots of photos.

Just now realized the SUV is similar in colour and size to many others parked there so could well have been a bag from law enforcement.

CNN just read the statement the Pima Sheriff promised for tonight. Not much to it, but the Sheriff said they won't provide additional info because it is a joint investigation with FBI. The statement is probably on X, but I don't have X so maybe someone else can link or copy it
