I know it’s not hugely important in the scheme of things but the LE officer guarding the road block had a South African accent. If he’d been from a LE agency from another country, I don’t think he’d have been in the local Pima County Sheriff uniform, so I’d guess, like you say, he’s a dual or naturalised citizen.Also I'm not sure if others have noticed this in the various feeds but there's a male member of LE with a British accent. He could just hold dual citizenship or have become a US citizen (which I think you need to be in most LE branches), but now I'm wondering if there's some sort of international LE presence as well.
JMO
