I've started giving one-day time-outs for posts that include a statement of fact without a link.
PLEASE REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO LINK BACK TO YOUR SOURCE. YOUR SOURCE NEEDS TO BE MAINSTREAM MEDIA OR SOME OTHER APPROVED SOURCE. NOT RANDOM FACEBOOK OR YOUTUBERS. READ MORE RULES BY CLICKING HERE
So Tricia.

Sounds like writing something like "As reported by Ashleigh Banfield" or "As reported by Nancy Grace" or "As reported by Brian Entin" might not be sufficient without a link?

Please explain.

P.S.
Assuming if you are posting a link to their comment or video, this passes.

I continue to believe that Guthrie family members are not involved in NG's disappearance. However it wouldn't surprise me at all if an associate of a relative is involved, LE and FBI know so much more than we do and they are under no obligation to release info to the public.IMO

While the searches and interviews were ongoing Friday night, Pack said other teams of agents and analysts were likely already planning a full neighborhood canvas around the location that was searched.

“They’ll be going door to door, looking to talk face to face with neighbors,” Pack said. “They want to identify patterns of life for each of the people detained. … It will help corroborate or dispute whatever those who were detained are telling agents right now. If someone says ‘I wasn’t home that night,’ a neighbor’s Ring camera might tell a different story. Investigators are building the box.

Aside from canvassing the area, Pack said the most pressing concern is likely processing new evidence collected from at least two locations Friday night.

“DNA that doesn’t belong to Nancy Guthrie or anyone close to her has already been identified at her property. Gloves have been recovered. Now you’ve got whatever was inside that Range Rover that warranted agents draping it with a tarp before the cameras could see,” he said. “All of that evidence needs to get to a lab.”

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos recently defended his department’s use of a private Florida lab to process evidence in the case, telling Fox News earlier this week the FBI agreed it was best to continue with the contracted business rather than transfer the evidence to the FBI’s comprehensive crime lab in Quantico, Virginia

Another major development Saturday: investigators say they're now leaning away from any relatives of the Guthrie family as suspects but not officially ruling anyone out until the case is solved.
BBM <snipped>

Do you have a link regarding which investigators said the above? I don’t believe I remember reading this anywhere.

I agree, this isn't true, its just someone else trying to blindly defend AG and SIL

Savannah Guthrie missed the Today show after her mother went missing. The host took to Instagram to ask for prayers for her mom’s well-being. She wrote, “we believe in prayer. we believe in voices raised in unison, in love, in hope.” She added, “we believe in goodness. we believe in humanity. above all, we believe in Him.”

Guthrie thanked everyone for praying for her beloved mother, whom she described as “a woman of deep conviction, a good and faithful servant.” She continued, “raise your prayers with us and believe with us that she will be lifted by them in this very moment. we need you.”

The news host ended the post exclaiming, “‘He will keep in perfect peace those whose hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord,’ a verse of Isaiah for all time for all of us. Bring her home.”

"Savannah [is] there, having a little makeup on, having done her hair a little bit. And of course, you have the online nuts who are like, 'I would never if my mother were missing, I would never put on a stitch of makeup' – Okay, Savannah has obviously had the hardest week plus of her life," Kelly, 55, huffed to the haters on her February 10, SiriusXM show.

"Those videos showing her incredibly raw, without hair and makeup done, are what's real," the former Fox News host stressed.

"And as somebody who does the hair and makeup virtually every day, I completely related to that feeling of when things are really hard, really hard, you don't do it," Kelly revealed. "And it's part of your depression, your sadness, and your inability barely to get out of bed."

I have been busy all day (down here in Oz), so am now hopelessly behind, and too tired to bother to catch up. Anyway it seems like nothing has changed. But I just thought I'd comment on how astonished I am that noone seems one bit surprised about all the security apparently needed in the US. I don't believe I even know one person who even has a doorbell thingy! Ladies and gentlemen, may I welcome you to Australia, the land of the free and (fairly) safe! (and no, I'm not telling you my address :D)
I’ve been hearing a lot of bad stuff regarding crime in Melbourne so I guess you’re not from there!

I see 🤬🤬 has not made his social media private but has limited who can comment.

I was happy to see that she had put a little bit of makeup on etc. To me it was a sign that she was feeling maybe the slight bit better and perhaps coming out of the shocked stage a bit. Some of the comments judging her about wearing makeup etc. are just deplorable. IMO, people who make such judgemental comments like that are just plain ignorant and probable very unhappy.

This is a shame.

If this crime was based on jealousy/rage/resentment toward SG, then it's mission (almost) accomplishment.

Savannah Guthrie weighs quitting ‘Today’ show: Sources

I have my personal doubts that SG is chatting with this host or her sources.
I hope we can give SG space and privacy as she goes through this horrible time of wait and overwhelming worry.

Me too, sometimes a little self care goes a long way in having the strength to get through. Its a small bit of normality in a very abnormal situation. What is wrong with people criticising her

This entire investigation seems to be so hapless. I can't imagine how frustrated Savannah must be. It feels to me like her sister and brother in law must have something to do with this, based partly on how they behaved immediately after it happened, and partly on his gambling debts, as well as him being the last one to see her alive. Does anyone know---are they staying nearby? I read that they left their house last week.
Does the SIL have gambling debts? Can you provide a link? Thank you.

How is it possible that the feds can’t track down the sender of the emails? We are focused on the “recovered” video footage. Also what about the roof camera?

In your opinion, if the ransom is paid, NG is released, and the kidnappers get away with millions in bitcoin, would this trigger a wave of copycat kidnappings in the USA?

The Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) stated that it has received over 13,000 tips since February 1. Meanwhile, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department said it has handled at least 18,000 calls related to the case

Nancy's longtime friend, Jacqueline Sharkey, described the 84-year-old as a steady, unifying presence in the groups she belongs to, including her church and local advocacy organizations. Speaking on CNN's AC360, Sharkey said Guthrie’s disappearance has created a “tremendous tear in the fabric of the community

Authorities have employed a high-tech Bluetooth scanner mounted on the undersides of law enforcement helicopters to detect Nancy Guthrie’s pacemaker signal, Fox News report noted, adding that the helicopters typically fly at low altitudes in grid patterns and at a slow speed to capture these signals.

Maybe in Pima county in Arizona.

For me, to answer that is difficult because, sadly, I do not believe Ms Guthrie is still with us...so, imo, it won't happen.

Hypothetically, naturally it'll set a precedent and I'd imagine it will be copied to some extent. Where I live, USA is already viewed as crime ridden so, it'll just be one more variant of society.

For those who may have (mistakenly) claimed the Sheriff has cleared NG's family members (e.g., AG & SIL) I disagree.

Consider the following:
