I think there is something there but I don't think it's the backpack. He has the backpack on in one of the pictures but the blob is still there. Also, I remember at one of the first searches with the FBI that they were searching quite closely near the front door. I went back and finally found the video. It looks like the Detective points out a location and the forensic/FBI folks look over the spot.

I agree it’s not the backpack. I just wonder what would make the pots be arranged differently in those hours. Just stuck out to me.

When the Sheriff announced that all Guthrie family members had been cleared, I wondered if this meant that they had all agreed to take polygraph tests to put any involvement queries to rest.

That or the foreign DNA they found in house, reportedly mixed if I recall, ruled them out.

How does anything we do here impact this investigation. If LE is here looking for info or being influences by this gourd of outstanding people, then there is a much bigger problem.

Plus online communities have been helpful in the past at analyzing info and I think the more eyes and attention, the better.
I think it's what Sessiebo said in #34,572. Plus, tensions are high right now about this case for everyone.

Other than the blood drops, I don't think so. MOO
I can’t cite the source as I don’t remember it, but early on, someone in LE said the sniffer dogs lost the scent at the connection of the walkway to the driveway, and that that would indicate Nancy was taken in a vehicle from there. I’ll throw in a MOO . . . but it was a source, not speculation, when it was stated. I believe that was even before the blood drip trail was acknowledged, but I am less certain of that.

Maybe one had a key under it?

I remember that as well.

ADMIN NOTE:

This post lands at random.

Please remember that LD was detained, not arrested, and has not been announced by LE to be a suspect. No trashing, no direct accusations or strong insinuations or your post will be removed and there may be a temporary or permanent loss of posting privileges.

And remember that not every thought goes through your head has to fall out the end of your fingers onto a keyboard.

Please post responsibly. Thanks !!
You made me lol. You’re right! Of course, that too is a thought that just fell out of the ends of my fingers onto the keyboard.

interesting that it appears LE has reason to believe POI/suspect lives with his mom or mom in law (first looking into CP and then LD)

So investigators view Lantana Man as the kidnapper, not the accomplice who just came along to destruct the video doorbell. I’m holding on to high hopes there’s still additional video yet to be recovered which will resolve NGs disappearance.

“Investigators have not ruled out that an accomplice aided the suspected kidnapper seen in doorbell camera video outside the Tucson, Arizona, home of Nancy Guthrie the night of her disappearance, according to Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos….

….The video recovered from Guthrie's Google Nest doorbell camera, which was shared by the FBI last week, is the only video that Google has been able to recover from the cameras at Guthrie's home, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department. There are additional cameras from the property that engineers are still working through as they try to recover usable video. Investigators are hopeful that tech companies working on the videos will uncover more, according to the sheriff's department.…”

The car LD was driving was a new purchase. When they towed it you could see there was not a normal license plate. If the car turned up evidence that might be a reason for lie detector tests.

Do we know when the purchase was? I remember something about it still being listed on the dealers website

Brian Entin was just on NewsNation and said that they are doing the polygraphs to clear people, and have been doing them. He didn’t know exactly who or wouldn’t say.
