I’ve also felt that she may be in a neighborhood home this whole time. The searches have focused most heavily on the neighborhood with the outlier being the first raid south of Tucson in Rio Rico.

I have made maps of where gloves were found, various other searches (second raid with Range Rover and home, and air flight paths), but not sure if that’s allowed to be posted.
I agree. I believe the perp is local, not like a next door neighbor local, more like 1 to 5 miles away10ish miles give or take max. I also think the perp navigated their exit through a lot of neighborhoods and backroads. They’re either local or at least very familiar with the area and general vicinity and/or know the area extremely well. Looking at street maps around her house some areas are a maze. They knew exactly where they were going. MOO

Been missing three weeks.

Haven't keep up to date with this case in last week. Has the family had any confirmation of proof of life at any point? If not then it dosen't really strike me as a kidnap/hostage case.

Either a robbery that went badly wrong and so NG was removed (although 99% of cases the victim would just be left in the premises to be discovered hours later) or it is someone or a group with a huge grudge against SG and so this was an awful crime to get back at here.

If the family are asking for information that their mother is still o.k and none is forthcoming then that only points one way and trying to locate her body now unless it is just being kept in a house for weeks on end.

tmz seems quiet on the ransom notes now. is that because they stopped? Has anyone been in custody since the last note?

Yes between the maze of winding roads and the complete darkness they are forced to live in, someone local would know all of this and very easily be undetected strolling around at night. This case scared me so bad I now keep front and back porch lights on, motion floodlights and at least one room lit up on a timer. Sorry stargazers! Safety first!

Yes true and I forgot about the Circle K down the road from NGs! I don't know whether the video they saw there told them anything or not. We were talking several days ago in here about the two grey vehicles driven by people they investigated (one was the RR and the other was driven by the first person they detained whose initials escape me atm). I haven't heard anything more about grey vehicles tho.
I still think that the vehicles they’re interested in involve a SUV/crossover type silver/grey vehicle with dark rims. Just because those were the vehicles involved in the raids that the public is aware of. Another thing is that they’re both hatchbacks. No trunk. MOO

Investigators make progress in Nancy Guthrie case, sheriff says

Sheriff does not plan any media availability:
Carrillo said no news conferences were planned, and the sheriff did not expect to have any media availability for the week of Feb. 23.

The sheriff's last news conference was Feb. 5.

has anyone considered that the ransom note perps could have hacked into one of the LE computer systems to learn specific info about the case and details inside the house.

I'm sure that there systems would be secure.
If it had happened then the 'alarm' would have been raised by now.

I don't know if they're capable of doing that without detection. Maybe possible -- I'm not sure.

I respectfully disagree.

Forced is an interesting choice of a word

Tracks in the dirt outside NG house were posted a couple of days ago, on this thread, they were 'narrow', did anyone make sense of them?

My heart goes out to you. I said the same thing and It scares me too. I’ve been triple checking doors, vehicles, cameras, everything and leaving the TV on in the livingroom so it looks like someone is awake. We’ve had random people in our neighborhood the last 2-3 weeks or so laying fiber and they’ve been taking their breaks up against our fence. I’ve just been letting our dogs bark their heads off at them every now and then because I want them to know we have dogs, and that they’re big.

Why wouldn't search parties be welcome because the sheriff isn't doing them?
I wish Tim Miller and Equusearch would come in. I know it’s hard area to be searched - but he’s the man - imo.

If it was a cop then it would be possible for them to know unreleased details and not raise alarms at their end
