Not true at all. I’m in the area and have multiple porch lights on every night and the majority of my neighbors do too. I have never heard of anyone getting fined for lights against the lighting ordinance, it’s more of a technicality when building than anything.

That primary for someone who fashions himself as a suitable love interest for SG if only she would take a look. He probably has an SG altar in his home. A little area dedicated to SG. Photos, news clips etc. He invites SG in every day via the Today show. He has admired her from afar, perhaps shyly and tentatively.

He methodically plans yo kidnap NG. While there, he takes a couple of souvenirs. Probably nothing they would notice missing. A pair of panties or lingerie from SG's bedroom she left in a drawer in the bedroom as a young adult, for example. he may have taken a random SG photo or smashed a photo. I have always maintained that video SG put out that was from her youth and was of a very young NG with very young SG and AG was beyond odd. NO one has said much about it. 2. Why was he seemingly ok with NG receiving a Nest notice from the porch (lights out assumption?), and
3. How did he manage a largely immobile NG on his own from home to auto, especially given no auto is visible in the logical spot (where the blood stops)?

I'm hung up on these questions. If I think he brought a device or strategy for bypassing NGs keyless door, then I wonder about the unpreparedness of the camera and it doesn't make sense.

IMO, a Nest type setup was the one thing that was probably already expected. Every neighbor that has them and has submitted their footage for analysis and the LE and people here, all say, it's dark in Tucson and the street wouldnt be visible from that particular street.Who says he was ok when he encountered the nest camera? Perhaps he was hoping she didnt have a camera. Even if she received a notice from the camera on her APP, she might not have heard it (he may have known she wore hearing aids), or she was simply asleep. He was counting on certain staistical norms. 2 am..elderly are asleep. Who knows what he was thinking? He deftly, imo, used the lantana to obscure the lens. I saw the fist as being more of a momentary whack of frustration at the device than an effort to dislodge it. It's amazing what adrenaline can do..He managed to carry a largely immobile person to a car? So? People have been known to pick up a car singlehandedly to free their loved one! Firefighters do it alone while on a ladder!

How many people DOES it take to remove someone from a residence especially if she has been immobilized by injury or age? Whether it was one or 2 people doesn't really concern me. I do not think it was one perp either but I do think one person using a fireman's carry can carry someone (even someone larger or heavier than they are) a fairly good distance. It's more about the technique than strength.

1. back door? window? ....I thought there was an initial report about a back door being open but I do not see that in MSM now, so IMO.

I suspect there would be a place to park a car if some one was familiar with the area. Just off the road

My Q: was he watching when she came home? Did he knock out the back security lights and wait to see if anyone noticed? called LE or a guard service?

It is still weird if he is a practiced burglar that he did not grab some items and he
was kidnapping. Maybe the ransom idea seemed easy but then it did not work?

When we lived in California, it always felt like everything was privately owned. The one place that wasn't privately owned was the Angeles National Forest and not to be grim, but that's why so many bodies are dumped there. In 1995 the LA Times ran a story about the number of bodies found there. It's paywalled so I won't link to it but you can google and see the gist of it.

Where I live in Arizona we are surrounded by BLM land; however, in our area I think a farmer (not sure if it's one or more) leases the land for cattle grazing and we have a problem with cattle being hit to and from the area where we shop. Regardless of the leasing, there are always ATVs out in the desert in this expanse of land and it's also part of a larger regional park.

For just a moment, I would like to speculate on something. It "appears" that my delusional stalker has more than one layer of clothes on, at least from the waist up. Besides not wanting to leave DNA evidence, i think it could be considered that this is someone who may do this kind of "gowning and masking and double gloving" for a living. Think, hazmat style jobs, Military seals, AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. MIGHT MY (YES IT'S MY THEORY THUS MY STALKER, LOL), be someone who works in an environment that dons layers of clothes for the protection of themselves or their patients, for example. Are we looking at a hospital worker? Someone who works in the operating room, even if just to clean between surgeries? A nurse, a male aide, an overworked 1st year intern, a medical researcher, a lab worker? Something worth considering. Someone who works different shifts. Rotating shifts. One week days, 2 weeks evenings then 1 week nights? Schedule is flexible so family might not have noticed he wasnt home that night and is intermittently unavailable in the last 4 weeks and doesnt think it's odd? JMO

It is rare for medical workers to wear multiple gloves unless in the operating room in cases of known or possible/suspected communicable diseases or when implants are being placed. Even still the gloves worn are by the surgeon, scrub techs and any assistants (not the rest of the staff) and are thin, tight surgical gloves. Generally, the staff will wear scrubs and likely a jacket +/- an undershirt, which is not much different than normal people in a cool workplace. They don personal protective equipment (PPE) like plastic or paper fabric gowns over clothing/scrubs for interactions with patients that have easily communicable infections (like C. diff) and then remove the PPE upon exiting the room so that they don't transmit infections to other patients. It's not the norm to just walk around with all this gear on. While of course it's possible that the abductor was a healthcare worker, respectfully, wearing multiple layers is no more likely to make the suspect a healthcare worker than a snowboarder. He could've been wearing a full body bunny suit under pants and a hoodie for all we know and workers of clean room fabrication labs are more likely to be used to wearing that attire. Also, healthcare workers tend to reflexively cover bleeding wounds and hold pressure.

Saying this could have been prevented if NG had a guard dog, or a gun, or a robust and monitored security system, or a 24/7 armed security person, a moat and barbed wire with a fire breathing guard dragon, a husband or anything else that one thinks might have been helpful to ward off an attacker or otherwise deter an attack simply reads as victim blaming for having not done enough to prevent her own attack and disappearance. Whatever women do is never enough it seems, they always could have done more or done some thing better. If NG was a male I doubt this would keep coming up. MOO.
