Thinking about the most recent leaks Brian Entin has confirmed but PCSD has denied -
Showing photos to gun store owners
Polygraphs that were NOT the new hire ones
No bookbag guy picture is from a different date

Hmmm….

Do we know if NG did anything the evening of Jan 31 or was she home by herself?
She went to her daughter’s house for dinner/ games , 4 miles away, got home just before 10.

Can you sleuthers tell if it’s the same suspect in both shots?
I think it is. I think the only differences are distance/lighting. And if NG has two different criminals at her front door, there must have been a bounty on her. IMO.

She took an Uber to her daughter's for dinner, and her son in law, or both, drove her home. Then she was alone. Her birthday was a couple days later.
Her birthday was Jan. 27th

As more time goes on, the more I return to my original theory - failed kidnap for ransom.

This person targeted NG, knowing SG was her daughter and could extort the family for millions. But NG had a medical event or this person was too rough with her and she passed away. Then they panicked and tried to stick to the plan, but couldn’t provide proof of life. JMO

The fact there have been no further arrests related to the ransom notes is important IMO. Whoever sent them clearly spent an extensive amount of time and effort making themselves untraceable.

Unfortunately, with all the information regarding ancestral DNA and the extreme media coverage, I’m concerned this person may have taken their own life or left the country. JMO

The intent was a rape and murder of a vulnerable female. As I've posted many times, I've followed a retired FBI Profiler for quite some time. Before NG was taken, the profiler had stated that when an elderly female who lives alone is raped/murdered, it's more often than not, a neighbor's teenage son.

Since we learned today that the 2 photos of the porch perp were taken on separate nights, I'm more persuaded than ever that this is the case here. This dude lives close to NG's home. He has been able to conduct surveillance easily because of this. Who knows how long he watched her?

I'm going to get a bit graphic here, so please don't read any further if you'd rather not.

I believe that he went inside NG's home and raped her. She knew him because he was one of her neighbor's sons. This is why he wasn't going to leave the house with her still alive, and he certainly wasn't leaving her body behind, which contained evidence.

By the time NG was reported missing, she was no longer alive. He has disposed of her body in the desert. When/if her remains are recovered, she won't be far from home. And it's all so very, very sad.

MOO.
This is a fascinating take. It might also explain why we do not see a vehicle. It's hard to believe a teen would do this, but clearly this is a thing.

This begs the question. If he was there the night before, why not take her then? Because he didn’t have his backpack of tools, because he was simply casing the place or because they date that he took her has some significance?

He didn't necessarily go over there in the same costume twice. Mission accomplished between late sat nite and early sun morning. Maybe or not, lurking and saw NG brought home near 10 pm. Waited for her to go to bed, then entered the house. We don't know how long he was there. jmo...or who else, was. Porch man may never have gone in house, if accomplice DID.
I can’t imagine why anyone would want to introduce this level of confusion with ‘two different days’ if it’s still *the same night*. That a. won’t make the perp nervous they’ll just think LE is a bunch of bozos, it will b. raise Google Nest privacy concerns even more so than they already had, and c. it will rile up the sleuthers. I’m of the opinion if it’s true, it’s from entirely different nights. Especially because of the additional asks for videos in January.

Can anybody explain the nest camera 3 hour overwrite process? I'm struggling to understand this nest issue. It sounds like 1) nest always stores your data, subscription or not, and 2) they have a serious privacy issue. Basically, if this another day what exactly is there policy? Very confusing and different from Ring.

My feeling is he was casing the place with someone else

I think they had inside information

Hard to tell, but specially as he is wearing different jackets I think.
When the videos first came out, Fox said the jacket was either purchased at Target or, Dicks or Walmart. Perhaps there’s 2 different jackets. If he wore the same clothing both times, Dna would be on the clothes from the first time. Sitting in his house etc. worn. Not pristine. I vote for 2 different jackets. Stylish stalker. Jmo

We also don't know what date the first footage is from.
NO, but it could easily be a few hours before Feb 1, Sunday. Making it Jan. 31. jmo

Agree two different jackets, same pants though.

So he had gloves on when he visited first, what do we think he did? Why the gloves? Broke a light? Try to jump fence? Check the mail? Did he steal a key then and come back and use it?

Secondly, where is the closest neighbor with an outside dog? Anybody report hearing dog bark at late hours?

my opinion? he wanted to make sure the footage would show that it was the same person both nights.
