It was, that night, before sunrise. jmo
Re targeted for sexual reason. I don’t think that’s it, I hope not.
1. If sexual was the plan, she was likely sexually attacked at home, then died, so he took her to go, needed to remove bio evidence. Sexual part took 40 min in home. Ugh! 😩
2. If it was burglary gone bad, NG died “ by mistake” remove body to remove evidence
3. If it was local druggies, grandkids of church friends, or someone that worked at NGs house, NG saw something illegal, they might get turned in, got paranoid, NG needed to be gone.

^^^^these 3 are similar, targeted, she was gone the first night. Probably taken to desert. 😢

4. If it was for ransom, also targeted, I think they wanted to keep her alive, but she died, maybe even first night.
I personally don’t believe in the ransom people, opportunist. But, Since the case isn’t settled, I’m still open minded. Maybe, NG died unexpectedly, so no sign of life? Whole plan fell apart?

It’s all possible. JMO

I don’t believe this was an attempted robbery, I think it was very targeted and planned. However, I do think this could be a very plausible explanation.
I agree.. targeted and planned. IMO if NG had died in that house, she would have been left there. Why move her at such high risk? Also NG's blood evidence on the walkway points to a person stationary and bleeding at the door and in motion to the end of the walkway.

I missed the part about driving by 50-100 times. Can you let me know where that came from? TIA!
From BE a while ago and he said he wasn't kidding! jmo

Him having a pic of NG on his phone as he drives by 50-100 times makes it sound like his obsession - if he has one - is more with NG than with SG. It may just be that he’s a Lookie-Loo eager to get a real close up look now that media aren’t camped across the street, OR looking to get familiar enough with the site to try to pursue a piece of the $1 million reward, and has NG’s pic on his phone because it accompanies an article about the crime that he is using to guide his exploration of the site from the wheel of his car.
Here's a wild theory. What if he knows what happened or knows something about what happened and is trying to work up the courage to tell someone. Maybe he's afraid whoever did it will turn on him if he tells, so he decides to do something uber-weird to get the officers' attention. Too afraid to call it in (language barrier).

JMO/MOO/Weird theory alert, etc.

Yea! That’s so odd too! 50 times of driving by would have scared me if I was out there. Those neighbors are going to hope BE never leaves until an arrrest is made.
Isn't there some way they can hold the guy until he is ruled out? I could see driving by 2 or 3x or pulling up looking at the memorial and leaving but this 50 to 100x? Plus having her pic on his phone, I mean honestly, they need to check him out mentally but I know it is a public street so is there really nothing they can hold him on? No way a perp is going to come back and be that stupid when they got away with all that for a month. Unless they finally want to turn themselves in or they know something. I swear this just gets stranger by the minute.

Like MG Motors where the RR came from.

Found this on their site.
There is something about these cars that makes me wonder about a mechanic as being some how involved. Did NG, AG, and RR dealer all use their same mechanic? All cars are still part of the investigation and haven’t been released yet.

I don't believe the guy in the blue car would be the perp. To get away with it this long and then drive by 50 to 100 times after street restrictions doesn't make sense. Unless they are tired of living with what they did and want to turn themselves in and came back, weirder things have happened before. Maybe he knows something? The driving by that many times is wild but to have her pic on his phone, that is, something. If anything can the police detain him for some reason, any reason until he is ruled out, just for acting so bizarre? I know when people do things around here, like crude thi

Probably just some KOOK, but still scary! jmo

My feeling is if random sexual predator or burglary (gone wrong) were the likely motives, then we wouldn't have seen federal warrants being issued and federal prosecutors at the home yesterday. Nor would the Sheriff have been eseentially relegated to mumbling to himself for the past 3 weeks.

Those are state matters.

JMO.
You are right. If Feds are involved, we may still be on the targeted kidnapping/ ransom idea.

And people here saying mechanics use mouth lights. If Nancy had damage to front of her car could she maybe have gone to that place for advice on repairs and someone saw an opportunity, a confused elderly lady? I hope he updates us on blue car guy soon.

One crazy thing is that many people do not immediately open a door for a package delivery so ...and these folks pepper spray the dog- you have to wonder what they do if they find a human in the residence. : (

Was pacemakers security compromised prior?
They have to have a good idea of what happened and when-at least up until the pacemaker lost contact. A heart while sleeping is different than a surprise. Or exertion.

We watched it on a YT live. He was driving around smoking weed. 🙄. They took him in. I’m not sure who drove his SUV.

Medtronic? Susceptible to cyber attacks…

Yes. They do. And black gloves. Body shop people do as well.

Well at least they have something to hold him on, driving with the weed smoking. Wouldn't that be wild to hear he knew something tommorrow, but probably not, just another nutter? I mean a perp getting away with a crime like that isn't going to be stupid enough to come back and smoke weed and just cruise around where people would report his stupid self.

Prior to an invasion? …concerning. *with the new release of footage that shows a prior presence. What was happening that has not been shown? Electronic monitoring? Potential manipulation?

I have to wonder where Brian Entin is right now. I also tuned into a YouTube channel. Strange.

How so?

An elderly medically compromised woman with hearing aides living all alone in a secluded, set-back $1M home in an upscale neighborhood, with no dog, and minimum security? In an incredibly dark area of town (I was stunned to see how dark that low light ordinance makes all of Tucson), in a town with no street cams that record? Old neighbors spaced apart (most interviewed say they don't lock doors or have cameras) with no sight lines and privacy landscaping.

If I was a worker that spent time on that property and moonlighted in B&E or had a cousin on a crew that would be seem like an easy score. Even for a nighttime robbery. Maybe workers saw a safe or something else in the house (witnessed NG go into bedroom and retrieve cash to pay for the job)...erroneous assumptions are often made in these cases by room temp IQ criminals.

Quite possible they never even heard of Savannah and just saw this for face value (an old lady with presumable money living alone in a very opportunistic setting). When podcasters went to Nogales and interviewed people, no one knew about NG or even who Savannah was. Still a possibility this was random and then all the fanfare, attention and fake ransoms (we had the once arrest for that) came.

Now I still think it may be targeted w/o having any other evidence/info to go on, but I am not at all dismissing the above random scenario, which seems just as plausible to me.
Maybe they did not expect her to be home. She left her car in the garage and took an Uber earlier. If they had been watching at that time, maybe they assumed she was taking a trip. If they did not have eyes on the house when she returned, they may have thought they were breaking into an empty house.

We also have to consider that many of the folks who summarily dismiss the ransom demand as a hoax or red herring are presupposing that the ransom demand was given the same day it was first reported on. For all we know, the demand was sent the same night/early morning and not received and/or reported on until a day or so later.

What we do know is the fake ransom demand that came in was excised from the case almost immediately and an arrest was made. We also know that the FBI does take the initial and follow up ransom demands seriously enough (and unquestionably due to their contents) that they choreographed at least the first three family response videos. They also haven't left and appear to be currently leading the charge (with the last warrants and raids being under their command), so by default that only gives us a couple of options on motive to consider here.

JMO.
