The fact that bitcoin is evidently involved as the method of payment, and the anonymous bitcoin account was apparently verified as legitimate, and they shared the note with Savannah, suggests they are taking this very seriously as a motive for what happened.

IMO, the reason people want to know if she was walked into her house is because there has been much made that she can't walk more than about 50 feet by herself without assistance. I did see a picture of her with a cane and wondered if that had been found.
