I’m not certain but I doubt he can be forced and as a non criminal, non citizen of the US, I do not think so.

They need to use their own citizens who are known to have been affiliated with JE.

There’s no shortage of Americans already in the US who qualify.

There is information about this online but I could only find it in Vietnamese media. This necessitated him taking trips to Vietnam to give presentations at the university. Of course, this could have been for purely altruistic purposes...

The British behaved abominably in the Falkands under Thatcher. They bombed a ship killing hundreds of very young Argentinian men, which was sailing away and not a threat. I have visited Buenos Aires and they have monuments there commemorating those lost. Thatcher then tried to twist the story so I'm not sure how much credence I'd give to stories of Andrew's heroism. JMO IMO.
