I’m not certain but I doubt he can be forced and as a non criminal, non citizen of the US, I do not think so.

They need to use their own citizens who are known to have been affiliated with JE.

There’s no shortage of Americans already in the US who qualify.

There is information about this online but I could only find it in Vietnamese media. This necessitated him taking trips to Vietnam to give presentations at the university. I have visited Buenos Aires and they have monuments there commemorating those lost. Thatcher then tried to twist the story so I'm not sure how much credence I'd give to stories of Andrew's heroism. JMO IMO.

I have visited Buenos Aires and they have monuments there commemorating those lost. Thatcher then tried to twist the story so I'm not sure how much credence I'd give to stories of Andrew's heroism. Thank you for your reply. I agree with your point and you are right, my interpretation of the events has been coloured by my personal views about Thatcher and seeing the memorial in Buenos Aires. The death of so many young lives was a tragedy and it's difficult not to look for someone to blame. It's still a hotly debated topic so I guess there are no easy answers.
