It's so telling that the defense will not say that LL did not commit this murder.

Yes, Boodles -- good point -- neither of them is willing to lie to the jury & put themselves at risk for perjury charges.

At the end of the Carson trial, when asked if she would get an appeal started and why, she said, "He tells me he is not guilty."
