I had an AWFUL echo when viewing this morning on WAT but the sound is okay now until the person wanders around the court room talking. Then who knows what is being said.

I noticed them, too. I don't think I ever saw his hands in the Carson trial -- I'm thinking they could be gang tats -- or maybe some since he got into prison. Yep - hieroglyphics - but maybe in gang-slang.
