This prosecutor is Durham County -- the Carson case was Orange County -- she wasn't in the Carson trial, IIRC -- but she's good. And she did work on the gang angle for some time.

I like how some courts follow some protocol when handling evidence but then I watch trials like Levi Chavez and the way everyone and their mother handled the gun.

Yes, Chelly -- seems like I have, too. Lemme think -- I have nothing else going on than a gdaughter who's almost 2, and their dog who is almost 4. But she IS familiar -- and good in such a calm & smart way -- Abaroa? Was that in Durham?? Yesssss! (Dayam, I'm old... Pathetic.) Did you watch Raven Abaroa's hung-jury trial -- that's gotta be it.... doesn't it??

Charlene Coggins-Franks and Luke Baum were the prosecutors on this case. I believe Roger Echols is the Senior ADA that is running for District Attorney in North Carolina.
