Does anyone know why Phillip Maybrey (PM) wasn't charged with this murder, at least as an accomplice? It seems to me that Shanita's testimony implicates him as much as LL.
I can't stop thinking about how PM kept saying "I don't recall" and "I lied when I said that."

I think that there is still time---it was mentioned a few times that perhaps ..... Think that is why he kept saying over and over again "I lied"---about the only thing I could understand
Rio is Demario Atwater. He was Shanita's BF back in '08. Demario and Laurence Lovette (aka "Alvin") killed Eve Carson, a UNC student, in a similar murder (kidnap, ATM, then execution). He's in federal prison forever.
Philip is the guy who testified yesterday whose memory kept escaping him but who was allegedly with Lovette during the night of Mahato's murder. He lived in the same apt with Atwater and Shanita. It was Philip's mother's (Peggy's) apartment.
TT is Philip's sister* and (former?) friend of Shanita. She ALSO lived in the same apt with Philip and Shanita. TT is subpoenaed for this trial, but was a no-show yesterday, so they have a warrant for her arrest and search going on for her. (Hope she's ok.)
I think I got all that correctly. Is that clear as mud?
*ETA: Actually, I don't know if TT is Philip's sister or not. I just read that she's Atwater's half-sister.

Is this the gal who 'missed' her date yesterday as a witness?
Tt in court wearing orange jailhouse outfit. She is accompanied by "Friend of the Court". Apparently there was confusion on her part about appearing in court. She is being held in custody overnight. Before leaving court LL walked over to hear, gave her a hug.
