That TT is so contrary! Judge sending jury out to listen to TT's court appointed atty. Her attorney says TT was only 16 at time of GJ testimony and nervous. Because of her emotional level, she is having problems recalling what happened six years ago.

So, judge will allow prosecution to approach witness when jury comes back in and try to refresh her memory with her GJ statement. Much metallic noise as jury returns! Ouch my ears!

TT is looking at her GJ testimony. Flipping pages fast. Does not appear to be reading. TT says it does not refresh her recollection.
Prosecution is asking her if she recalls what perjury is.

I don't know who is to say that the witness doesn't remember anything. I have my doubts and will see how her memory returns if she answers the defense without a memory lapse.
