Her brother did the same thing, he continually said he couldn't remember. Phillip!

Whatever reason she has for stonewalling, be it fear, allegiance or some other factor, I find terribly sad. And I'm not being snarky. I don't think she has cognitive issues which would warrant not recalling basics. I suspect the trajectory of her life is not straight ahead or up. I hope I'm wrong.

She lives by the code of the street. She won't snitch.
However, she still have trouble understanding questions. That is understandable given the life she lives.

Teetee is a sly one. I was so hoping she would have total recall when approached by the defense. She did admit to remembering why she answered the way she did because she wouldn't lie for nobody not even family.
