I found this. It appears the suspect is deceased.

I see that the woman who is/was facing charges as an accessory after the fact in this case was also arrested on apparently unrelated drug trafficking charges in August 2024. (Link) I can't find anything about whether the state still intends to prosecute her for being an accessory to Elizabeth's murder, considering that the suspected murderer is now deceased.

This quote is from this 2020 article about the suspect's bond hearing:

"Prosecutors fired back, saying Parker is a danger to the public.

They say their investigation led to a witness claiming Parker helped push Spencer’s SUV in to the Trent River after her murder."

MOO: It sounds like the prosecutors were right - the suspect was and still is a danger to the public.
