From Hania's home to the courthouse is 8-10 min by car and about an hour on foot. Google Maps

Editing bear with me on typos sorry
LOcal LE goes to court so they have daily logs on this bc their officers need to appear etc, so I wouldn’t expect, metaphorically speaking “jurisdictional blindness” on this so to speak...? I would think they’d notice if anything stood out considering the proximity and high concentration of LE, investigative scope, etc.

ETA: Might be worth a sneak a peek though if you know what I mean, or not? Anyway going to zen’s place.

( Ps thank you Pommy)

So IF he’s a street ish person (MOO) and has record—-

Where might he get a pee test? What about public assistance places, shelters, rehabs...

Ok there’s one, maybe rehab or detox?

Needle in haystack, all this could be irrelevant—-

Employers do the pee tests as well, so could be small clinics in the area? MOO

It has been a manhunt from the start considering evidence of the abduction and AMBER ALERT, but again, I amway behind and not even up to date except the snippets you guys have been kind enough to support re the latest developments, but more importantly the JARGON?

Serious man hunt going down. Right now. Like serious.

CIRCUMSTANCES:
Monday, Nov. 5, Hania was waiting for the rest of her family to come outside and drive to school when she was forced into a car just before 7 a.m. Police said she had taken her aunt's keys to start the vehicle to prepare to leave for the bus stop.

“Aguilar went out to start the green 2002 Ford Expedition sport utility vehicle, which belongs to a relative, despite being told not to do so,” family members said.

Hania’s sister (“HP”) was in the house at the time and saw what happened. She said, “Somewhere out of nowhere a man just came in. We don’t know where he came from and just pushed her in. I heard her scream for no reason. I heard her scream very loud.”

HP also said, “Out of nowhere the man came in and they took her away. She fell and screamed and we couldn’t hear what she told us and then we went over there and we didn’t know what happened.”

At 6:58 a.m. Lumberton Police receive 911 call from a neighbor when a relative ran over to get help. The female caller was speaking Spanish, so the dispatcher requested that a translator join the call.

But I don't think any places for someone to do a urine test would be open at that hour....

From the article:

"The person responsible...we are coming after you. We are not going to stop. We are not going to stop in the pursuit of justice," said Andy Delarocha, an FBI agent.

ETA: Don’t know if I missed this at some point, but this is where I read the warning when I had a second this evening to check news articles for developments....MOO

Oh, no. It is not good when LE speaks directly to the perp.
New posters who don't follow cases like this often ask why things like this are not said in all abduction cases.
The Jayme Closs case is the perfect example-- her aunt spoke at the press conference and acted as if she was talking directly to Jayme. She read a statement that was most likely approved by the FBI ahead of time. She barely addressed the person or people who took Jayme.
Some wondered in that case why the aunt didn't tell the abductor or abductors that they were coming after them or why she didn't really address the perp(s) at all. Why didn't she plead for justice and/or vow revenge.
The answer is simple-- they have no evidence of Jayme's death. They know she was taken by someone capable of murdering her parents but they don't have a suspect. They act as if she is still alive with the hope that whoever has her might keep her alive. It's a long shot, but it's better chances for Jayme if they don't anger or antagonize the perp.
When LE has no evidence the victim is deceased, they do not want to anger the person who may have her. They are often vague and focus on the "missing and endangered" victim instead.
When LE has evidence of the victim's death they say thing like "We are coming after you" to the perp.
I feel sick seeing them say that in this case. Because of the implications.
I don't think Hania is with us anymore (and I usually hold out hope the longest-- until LE makes a direct statement they don't think the person is alive).
I hope they get him soon.
As long as this man is out there, the community is not safe.
MOO.
:(:(:(:(:(
(I know many here know all these things but I just had to type all this out to agree with you guys, and I didn't mean this post to be so long )

Did you guys see him possibly take a swig off a bottle? Maybe a smaller one?

  • #392
But I don't think any places for someone to do a urine test would be open at that hour....

True. You’re right.

Cmon sleuthers...who is this guy?

So surely LE would have combed every business in the vicinity, but have liquor stores been discussed and checked? I do believe I saw a reference upstream. Liquor store surveillance has also been helpful in other cases.

Rewinding to see if it looks like a bottle swig again.

Several of us thought he was smoking. Some posters thought he might be drinking something and others thought he kept bringing a cell phone up to his face.

  • #394
I'm really surprised that someone hasn't come forward and said they know who he is based off of the way he walks. I think about most of my family members and several of them have a distinctive walk that I'd recognize. Seems this guys walk would be recognized by family.

Thank you.

I definitely think moo I saw smoking earlier, rewinding again.

Eta:
Yeah I think he took a swig.

I wonder if there is a park or dead end road or some other place that's deserted in between the trailer park and where the car was found? Thinking perhaps he drove her immediately to a deserted area, did whatever it was he did to her, then left her there and drove to the car dumping place.

I can't imagine anyone would be stupid enough to drive that car more than 15 minutes at most, knowing the plates and make/model would be broadcast within minutes of him snatching this girl. So I feel like whatever he did, he must have done quickly.

The stroll bugs me. FWIW I want to compare the Seminole shooter (in custody, so not related) video, strictly since the “parameters” maybe similar for a possible reference comparison re: height, gait, light, etc.. just a thought, will link his video so as to not post here and potentially confuse. Again this is my own experiment that has nothing to do with anything.

(Adding x on purpose to the url so it doesn’t get embedded so just remove X to view video, again this is the Seminole Heights Serial Shooting suspect, now in custody, but the videos are similar, so just seeing if we can come up with any insight.

Xhttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OrymAp2e0YY

—-if any of the distances or shots are similar, we can stillshot it and do a height comparison. Again distance, angles, parameters, etc would have to be the same. Just a thought.

I’m thinking this guy is shorter than the Seminole guy?

Yes or maybe even just pulled in the woods.

I’m so confused. I went from targeted and nooot random to possibly random. Moo. Did a huge 360 since seeing the video (and location of SUV) and seeing snippets from you guys of FBI addressing POI. I don’t know could go either way though. Sigh.

Ok this is a long shot but the Seminole shooter worked at McDonald’s.

Maybe he just got off work at a fast food place? Or other night shift?

Omg you guys! I’m only half way through this video and I can barely stomach it. I am on the verge of literally breaking down balling, this is Soooooo awful to watch (and could the music loop be any more impacting)...

Guys, this is really really awful - JR flashbacks and I don’t even think the cases are that much alike (perp forced JR into his own vehicle, took her to his home, et )...but I’m getting that awful dark feelng and awful awful flashback of her searches and where they found her (well half of her).

Guys this is bad. This does Not Get any easier, I’m thinking it could actually even get worse if there is such a thing.

If I could I’d jump on a plane right now to assist.

Can someone please bring me up to speed on the scope of the searches?

This is the first chance I’ve had time to look at the terrain and boy it’s wooded, fields etc.

I think we have the minds and experience to find her here, I really do.

It’s all speculation but I’m going with a disorganized, gangster like offender. This is moo and I could be way wrong.

I’m going to say younger as in under 40. I think I lean on the taller side, he seems to have that long leg slow basket player typ stroll, yes I think he’s smoking.

Again I haven’t even had a chance yet to read what you guys have said about this video.

I am soo sad in my heart for Hania and her family.

Re: disorganized, maybe he has just discarded along the border of the main road, past those brown brushes or whatever. I don’t anticipate she’s far off a main road but who really knows, especially if he had a place ready to take her to.

I’ve got that bad bad feeling in my gut, it comes on quite rarely but when it does it’s baaaad. I’m talking sick wvul bad.

Please let me be wrong. Going to try to somehow try to get past the second half of this video.

(Maybe Under 5? 6 to 8 miles? 11/22? Argh I don’t know...22-28? I feel like she’s close and but again I don’t know. I’m guessing under 30.

Moo, jmo.
Its very creepy to watch. I am a man who is 37 years old. And I too get sick to my stomach watching it. I have no children (yet). My husband and I are going to adopt soon. But I guarantee that if it was my child I'd be out there scanning the road for the cigarett butt he threw on the ground. If I'm mistaken, I'd still stroll through the general area and pick up any "fresh" ciggaret butts up with gloves and put them in a clean zip lock bag. At the very least it could potentially lead to finding someone with a criminal background that's in the system they could question. I'm sure there is plenty of DNA in the car but having the ciggaret as secondary proof would make it less circumstantial in IMO.

A few years ago we had a random drive by shooter in my neighborhood and I collected the casings from the street using a straw and a clean zip lock bag. The officer who cane to pick them up said they probably would not be of any use. About 5 months later he called and said thanks to having the casings they were able to find three men in my area that were going to random neighborhoods and shooting at cars. So that evidence was used in helping apprehend and IDing the three men.

I’m still catching up on all the videos out there but maybe I was freaking out earlier —- perhaps just finding the car in that awful location is alone in itself (without even forensic evaluation results back yet) to assume this is really bad...idk but addressing the suspect? Still haven’t gotten to that yet. Maybe I got way ahead of myself by thinking something really bad was found in the car.

There would have to be trace evidence in the car. At least. Hoping analysis and results can be conclusive and lead to this abductor.

Ok, thinking she is really close to the vehicle now moo.
