I would hope so, but in yesterday's presser I recall Chief McNeill saying it was still dark. A yellow bandanna would stand out, IMO, but not sure about eyes. We also don't know how far away the witness was. Seems they may have been far enough away to avoid being observed by the perp, which would be a really good thing considering the witness could have been in danger as well if seen. Jmo

The call came in to the Robeson County Communications Center at 6:54 in the morning on November 5, 2018.
