No idea. Drugs? Gangs? We need an insider to the area to fill us in. There have been a bunch of deaths in the area that are supposedly unrelated and Heather is still missing as far as I can tell... :scared:

Fayetteville Police Lt. Todd Joyce said that 28-year-old Jimmy Lee Proffitt II of Hope Mills was charged Monday with first-degree murder.

Proffitt killed 28-year-old Heather Carter on July 12. Joyce says there is evidence linking Proffitt to the case, although Joyce would not elaborate.

Police say Proffitt lured Carter and a friend to an area where he shot them. The other woman was able to drive away.
