Found Deceased NC - Heather Marie Williams, 25, limited speech and use of arm & leg, got into a car with an unknown person, Fayetteville, 4 Jan 2025 *Arrest*

Her FB posts are difficult to parse…Ime, and from a specific post where it is directly mentioned, she suffers from aphasia. There is a lot of repetition and unnecessary verbiage. It appears she lost a brother some time ago, which she laments. She mentions a car accident, which resulted in a brain swell and to which her aphasia is attributed. Also, she posts a document that suggests she was married, and she includes the word “court” in a few posts, and by my interpretation, these posts also suggest she feels scared. There is a clip of a court docket related to a DV charge against the man to whom it appears she was married. It’s all quite difficult to decipher, and I’m not sure if I am against TOS with this summary, so I will alert on it in case it is not appropriate.

I don't mean to be cryptic, but her FB is unfathomably sad, with layers and layers (and layers) of info. You kind of have to scroll through to believe it.

She references a car accident and is frequently seen in photos wearing a helmet. However, there's also a post from her old pre-TBI FB (written by someone else?) that says she tried to commit suicide by shooting herself in the stomach. She seems to have the corresponding scar. Again, never seen anything like her social media.

Summarizing from the legal documents that @Knox found and those posted on Heather’s FB: her sister has petitioned for a guardian ad litem for Heather, and Heather was served on 1/3/25. Application for marriage certificate granted in December of 2023. It’s not clear whether they actually married. She was last seen on 1/4/25 getting into a car with a man.

The signatures look different to me, @truthfinder2019 , though I am no expert. He uses a double hump “n” and she uses a double hump “m.” She also uses lines rather than dots over two of the “i”’s.

From going through her FB and other people's posts here, it sounds like Heather has aphasia and a TBI. It seems like she struggles with putting her thoughts into words, which is why her FB posts are worded the way that they are.

Either way, this is super concerning, and Heather is clearly vulnerable.

On her 12/28/24 post, there are a number of videos. It appears that she is being kicked in that series. Please have a look. I’m not certain that I am interpreting them correctly. All moo.

I can't tell if she's being kicked, but the last video looked like she was possibly trying to kick the male or trip him as he walked away.... which could be a response to him kicking first and her trying to protect herself.

very sad viewing her old FB as compared to her more recent one. Beautiful girl. Her life was forever altered by her TBI and the resulting aphasia. I hope she is found soon. I am worried for her. I wonder, like others, if the impending guardianship proceeding is behind her disappearance. for what it's worth, I strongly suspect she needs to be under guardianship. At my work, we represent families of people with this sort of aphasia in guardianship matters because their aphasia makes them very susceptible to coercion and exploitation.

I am very worried for this young lady.
