Presumed Located NC - Jeffrey Nix, 53, & Timothy Fishel, 32, Carolina Beach State Park Marina, 20 July 2018

Jeffrey Lee Nix, 53, and Timothy Justin Fishel, 32 were last seen on Friday at the marina. The two men were living on a boat at the marina with another person who reported them as missing after they did not come home.

Nix was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue collared shirt; he is 5-foot-9-inches tall and has blue eyes.

Fishel is 6-feet tall and weighs 195-pounds with an average build. He has hazel eyes and brown hair as well as a tribal tattoo on his left forearm and a tattoo of the devil on his left shoulder. He was last seen wearing red swim trunks and a white shirt.

Carolina Beach man who went missing last week is reported safe, but apparently won’t divulge his location to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office to avoid arrest.

Timothy Justin Fishel, 32 disappeared on Friday, July 20, along with Jeffrey Lee Nix, 53. The two men reside at the Carolina Beach Marina State Park Marina and were reported missing when a neighbor noticed they had not returned home.

Nix was located in Randolph County, south of Greensboro
