MISSING MOTHER AND SON:

Jennie Bartholomew, 35, and her 2 year old son, Arthur, were last seen leaving Casey’s Buffet, 5559 Oleander Drive, around 4 p.m. Friday, June 8.

Jennie Bartholomew is 6’0”, 350 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde, shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a purple top with black pants.

Arthur Bartholomew is 3’0”, 32 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black and red Spider-Man shirt, blue checkered pants and red and black flip flops.

Not very much info out there. I can't seem to find anything on FB beyond the post from the sheriff's dept. Seems strange that no friends or family are posting publicly yet.

I'm wondering what things were like at home yesterday or the last few days? My mind always goes to "taking a breather from things" when a mom and child go missing, especially from public places.

I wonder what their plans were for after the restaurant? Were they expected home or did they have a night out planned? How far from home was the restaurant? Chances of an accident where the car would be hard to spot?

That doesn't sound good at all.
I was going through her Facebook (the second FB link that cybervampira posted), and she seems like a genuinely nice, loving person. She teaches deaf children. And then, of course, there's the matter of their son, who is missing along with her.
Bumping this case up for more visibility.

FOUND SAFE!

UPDATE, June 10, 6:30 p.m.: After consulting Jennie Bartholomew's attorney, who says the pair are safe in an undisclosed location, we are suspending our investigation.

WPD say missing mother and son are safe
I hope the two will remain safe and get any help they may need.
