Wilmington Police seek help to find missing woman

Jessica Anne Myers, 35, was reported missing Monday afternoon.

Myers is 5′10″ and weighs around 140 lbs. She has black hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen on Market Street, wearing a crop top and blue yoga pants, getting into a white Lexus sedan.

The Wilmington Police Department is still looking for a missing woman.

35-year-old Jessica Anne Myers has been missing since Tuesday.

Myers was last seen on Market St. getting into a white Lexus sedan wearing a crop top and blue yoga pants.

Myers is 5’10”, 140 pounds, has black hair and hazel eyes.

I need someone else's eyes to verify this is her FB - it's confusing because in recent pictures she looks so different, but if you go down to the first post there (Sept 15 2020) she looks just like the missing photo in the OP (especially the mouth area):

Also mentioning in the latest photo there is the front end of a white car in the background, but I don't know if it's a Lexus sedan.

I hope that building has a camera that might help identify if that white car is a Lexus or not - and as long as I'm hoping, if it would show a license plate number so they can at least check it out that would be great.

I'm wondering who reported her missing? Husband, boyfriend, child, parents, etc.
Does she have commitments WRT home -- children, husband, employer (does she have a full-time or part-time job, etc., or would she be able to take off with a friend for a few days without anyone worrying?

She had a DUI way back in 2004 and had her license revoked (Halifax County, N.C. court records) but that's SO long ago I'm sure she has her driving privileges restored. Here's hoping she's just off with a friend and didn't contact a loved one so they're worried.

I'm probably late and everyone has already seen it, but to the experts here - how do I post something about court records of someone associated with her that might be relevant about this case without violating the TOS here? Or is that a total no go until a POI is named?

I'm no expert here, but my suggestions is...

If you're referring to the arrests of someone who is, was, or could be associated with Jessica, then you could just list the charges without any personal identifying information. For example:

There exists court/arrest records for someone who is/was/may be closely associated with Jessica. The two arrests were (3/13/21) for assault by strangulation & assault on female and (3/06/21) possession of sch IV & VI controlled substances. Of course, the person and charges may be totally unrelated to Jessica and her disappearance, but I can't help but wonder whether LE has made contact with this person? Perhaps he/she/they might know of Jessica's whereabouts or activities in the days/hours leading up to her disappearance. MOO

On a somewhat unrelated note, I wonder if Jessica has ever visited Greenfield Lake in Wilmington? Rumor has it there's a gator that hangs out there.

My first guess would be the Walmart Supercenter located at 8035 Market Street. Back in Nov 2020, in her reply to a comment, she states that she was working at Walmart. Of course, (1) she may not work there anymore and (2) could have been anywhere else along Market St. Just thought I'd share a hunch.

She also mentions having moved to NC in July 2020 in the msg exchange I linked above. I wonder where she lived prior? It shows she's "from" Norristown, PA. Maybe she headed back that way.

We’ve had some similar cases in Wilmington over the years and LE are always very quiet. Wilmington is a great town, but there is a dark underside that town officials don’t want to publicize. IMO
