His DOC and court record paints a stark picture, does it not? Why he was given so many chances I'll never understand. He was a violent felon. The last kidnapping offense in 2017 should have netted him far longer than 7 years? By that time he had a record a mile long was and was clearly a violent repeat offender. The public at large was never safe while he was on the streets!! I bet if we could view his Juvenile Record, he began offending as a young teen.Busy guy who should have been off the streets a while ago!
This is infuriating! How was he walking free?!
Per your link, he will appear in court tomorrow afternoon.
Many of his records show him on Rudolph Street in Fayetteville also.He was living in the area of the dump site. I don’t see him on the NC sexual predator registry. Presumably, LE spoke with all the usual suspects and their PO’s. Imo, he owns or had access to the car LE were looking for.
This article says it’s dated in 2016?This guy was also charged in June 2022 of kidnapping two people and attempting to kill one of them? Why the heck wasn't he in prison?
