I turned off the sound when the defense attorney was going on and on and I missed some of BH's re-direct. I will have to play that part back this evening.
This witness's voice sounds very similar to Judge Stephens. It's freaking me out because it sounds like the judge is answering the questions. LOL!
Finally, the "hint" that the defense planted the knife.
It was outside somewhere on the ground. Karen put it behind the boards because she didn't want her sons finding it.

Chelly, I 'll go back to search thru thread 3, the knife and haz mat suit news is in there.
Defense lawyers some how looked in the car and found a hazmat suit ( previous searchers would have left this....common practice ). And they found a knife in the center console.
Guess the Defense would like to say Amanda felt threatened by Grant ? Can you say desperate ?
I guess the "blow poke" game piece had already been selected. They must have been down to "the shoe," "the iron," "the thimble" or "the knife."
I am astounded at the 311 phone calls that Grant made in a short period of time, he is phone obsessed. Should have realized that the day After Laura went missing. On a phony alibi Grant video ( was it outside of Sheetz ? ). He made many calls while the boys played at the tables - and at his feet). Went inside the store 2- 3 times.
So my judgement call for the day is...... The 3 things Short little Grant misses most of all in prison.
His phone

So, it is speculated that the defense atty planted the knife?
You mean he CHOOSE to dress that way? I thought it was a jail outfit.:jail:
Well...ummm...errrr.
It seems crazy for them to try something that obvious.
But it also seems crazy that it was not found until a month or so ago. AND IIRC someone from the defense team (it was a woman, I remember that) had taken the truck OUT of evidence for a weekend, or something strange like that.
Let me go look again.....
