I'm going to guess since it's after 9 they won't cancel at this point... get some testimony in and leave at first break. It's risky because roads can get bad quickly, but considering most are already there, might as well get something in I guess.

Glad Becky had last night to fine tune her questioning with Amanda.

Maybe Amanda will be in the "hot" seat today . . . little girl voice and all.

This woman is over 40 years old and it is amazing she does not take responsibility for any thing.

Karen Berry needs to be recalled and fine tune some of the things Amanda has testified to.

Oh, by the way. We have two 12 foot flat bottom aluminum boats that hubby and friends use on our lake. Amanda is lying when she said she was sitting in the back of the boat and could not see what was in it. :tantrum:

She was not on a yacht. If you've ever been in a flat bottom boat, you know what I'm talking about . . . . close and cozy quarters for sure! lol

She may have been sitting in the back of the boat but I guarantee you she saw what was in the boat and I do believe she helped Grant toss Laura's remains in the water. Because of the water lilies I think it took a little work in disposing of Laura's body parts.

So far, dry this morning at 8am. Forecast says the snow/ice is supposed to begin around 9am. I saw a Wake County Schools closed notification on WRAL's website but can't find anything about the courts. Will post anything that I find.

I just now checked WRAL's CLOSINGS list and WakeCo. Courthouse is NOT on the list, so it looks like it's a go. When the Courthouse was closed last time, Wake County Courthouse was on the list, so they do post to it apparently.

My backyard is at 26 freakin' degress, but not one iota of precip is on the ground or coming down. Wake County, according to the news, is not iced-over, no snow this morning, etc. They are predicting that we will get something, prolly later in the day. So, so far, it's on with the show.

And I hope our Becky has her boxing gloves on and lots of sharp arrows in her quiver. AH was in on it before, during & after. Proper justice for her is to cool her selfish and evil heels in :jail: for the rest of her selfish & evil LIFE. I want to see AH sliced & diced by ADA Holt. And now!!!

I think she knew Grant killed Laura when she was driving around smoking in that car. I think she was trying to go along with Grant's story to keep him calm, but I think she knew. I think she thought Laura was dead in NC somewhere

She participated, and that's the key legal concept here. She didn't have to personally kill Laura to be guilty of murder.

Didn't Grant buy a box of large trash bags along with the saw? possible he did store them in the linen closet until they got the coolers and ice. I don't buy Amanda not having a clue about anything, no way, no how. But Irish Eyes view of her testimony maybe gives us an idea of how some of the jurors may have seen it.
