I LOVE how he skips whatever he thinks the jury should NOT focus on. So refreshing and makes it easy for the jury to see what is legal jumbo and what is actually relevant to this case.

Did we ever hear (in either trial) from a neighbor in the apartment complex? Did anyone see or hear anything? I don't just mean the saw, but the struggle when she died? Like a scream or anything. And if it was planned, I would think they'd be concerned about her screaming. I'm just thinking.

Also, I wonder where Laura's tape recorder wound up. They were so careless with everything else. Maybe they sold it on craigslist. I bet they used money out of Laura's own purse to do their evil stuff.

Too much time restraint on closing, I'm surprised they don't have a buzzer. It feels rushed for the prosecution, after Gaskins blabbered on so long.

One hour lunch, One hour for Becky's closing. Twenty minutes jury instructions. Then case goes to jurors.

I wonder how long judge will allow them to deliberate today. Guess we will find out.
