GUILTY NC - Mariah Woods, 3, Onslow County, 27 Nov 2017 #10 *Arrest*

  • #261
Roundabout 1:40 he says "she had mus...has muscular dystrophy"

That self-correction was all they needed to listen to to know she was already dead.

This is the first mention I’ve found as to the cause of her gait disturbance and needing braces. If she does have CMD then Mariah should have been having regular specialist appointments. Multiple regular specialist appointments. In addition to her primary she may have been seeing a cardiologist, pulmonary therapist, neurologist, orthopedist, etc. As a girl with CMD I would guess she had genetic counselors that were closely monitoring her case as females with CMD are much less common. I wonder if her family kept up with those appointments? If so I wonder if any health professionals ever saw anything amiss? It bothers me to think she may have had respiratory issues and chloroform was possibly used more than once. (All MOO.)

He also said “they all” just got back from a vacation and went to bed at 8:30 (including Mariah.) What time did KM say she put Mariah to bed? 6 pm?

11pm.

Mariah Woods was reported missing from her Jacksonville, N.C., home about 6 a.m. Monday. Her mother, Kristy Woods, told WITN-TV in Greenville that she last saw Mariah about 11 p.m. Sunday when she checked on her.* She said her boyfriend saw the child about midnight when she got up and he told her to go back to bed. Once they realized she was missing, the couple said they called authorities.

But she was left at home in the care of his teenage girlfriend, along with her (Haleigh's) little brother. He didn't need to leave her home alone to go to work. I'm not sure how your theory works in this situation.

That is one of the stories told.

In post #211 of this thread I touched on information about that from a NG podcast. According to the reporter, the wife of the pastor of their Church drove Mariah to her appointments in Chapel Hill. Kristy did not accompany them. It did not mention which kind of doctors appointments specifically nor specialist(s) but it sounded like it was a regular occurrence for this woman to take her and the drive is indeed quite long if you Google map it.

What is the significance of all the trash cans that were recently purchased? Does anyone have any ideas what the purpose for that many identical trash cans would have been?

I don't know, but the fact that they were purchased at separate stores sure makes it look like there were bad intentions for their use.

Screenshot from link. 11:30 pm loading item in bag and leaving residence in the van. Second screenshot is the warrant return of what was taken from the van. In a nine-one-one call it mention the last time they saw her was when they put her to bed, then it changed to someone checked on her later that night. And now this coincides with a time that somebody checked on her that night.

It was mentioned above that the trash cans purchased from different stores. I'm looking for that and cannot find it. Can anybody give a link to that. I missed it. Thank you.

:dunno:

and from a Google Alert - about today hearing:

Man charged in Mariah’s death in court
http://www.jdnews.com/news/20180226/man-charged-in-mariahs-death-in-court

Adolphus Earl Kimrey ll, 32, will be present when Fourth Prosecutorial District Attorney Ernie Lee informs the court during a Rule 24 hearing he intends to seek the death penalty if Kimrey is found guilty.
[.....]
Kimrey was indicted by an Onslow County Grand Jury on Feb. 13, for first-degree murder, felony child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury, felony common-law obstruction of justice, felony concealment of death, second-degree burglary, felony larceny and felony possession of stolen property.

Two days later Lee announced his intention to declare the toddler’s death as a capital case and to seek the death penalty against Kimrey, due to the “existence of at least one aggravating circumstances beyond a reasonable doubt.”

By statute, district attorneys in North Carolina have 11 aggravating circumstances from which to choose and apply to their particular case to qualify as a capital case.

ETA: after seeing some of the documents, particularly those referencing the trash cans, I think there's possibly been an error in MSM reporting; IMO it seems like they simply seized 5 receipts from the outside trash can vs. 5 receipts specifically for 5 trash cans from different stores. JMO
Also, the WITN-TV Facebook link from above has 6 of the best quality / easy to read documents I have been able to dig up so far.

I agree. Your take on it makes more sense.

What in the WORLD is a homemade sexual device (pocket vagina)? Jeez.

Theyre popular in prison/jail and are made with a medical glove; though I imagine there are many variations. I would think the medical glove version would easily blow away, therefore not likely to be stored in his backyard by the wooded area. (Shrugs)
